I could use a holster. Just picked up my Reflex a month ago, excited to start carrying it!
It fits nicely into a g43x holster
Thanks for the update! Do they have a metal replacement guide rod available? Curious?
Not from FN but I’m sure 3 party’s will.
I think mine was a one off. T-Rex arms has a video with the reflex putting down tons of rounds and it held up.
I think most glocks have polymer guide rods so polymer isn’t the issue I done think.
We need some upgrades for these guns. Tungsten guide rods, trigger shoes maybe some springs etc

I like the FDE color but many show and say the slide FDE doesn't last. It wears quick. Not good...
Ya, the black seems to be holding up for now…
I just took mine out to shoot today. Bought it Friday can’t even get the slide back far enough to rack a round. Something’s catching… 😢
Really? Man that sucks. Have you tried taking it apart?
@@lb.sfirearms Yeah I had to fight to get it far enough back to lock the slide but I eventually got it. It’s still sticking after I lubed it up and put the slide back on.
@@lb.sfirearms shoulda got a hell cat. 😂 I just loved my other FN’s so I thought I could trust it.
@@lb.sfirearms also idk if I noticed this or not with the display one but my trigger grinds. Even when it’s not cocked.

Shit I need a holster but I'm having a loading problem should I send it in or sand it down myself
The gun won’t load? For sure send it in, their customer service is great. Call though, they duck at emails.
I've heard you shouldn't dry fire it. Has something to do with the hammer trigger. You can look it up if you want.

"Occasionally dry firing your FN Reflex is Acceptable. Regularly dry firing your FN Reflex pistol for practice or training may result in damage to the firing pin. Snap Caps (inert chamber inserts that allow a firearm to be dry fires without damaging the firing pin) are commercially available for those who wish to practice firing without live ammunition"

I have a BLACK FN REFLEX MRD WITH AN HOLOSUN 507K AND BLACK POINT TACTICAL WING IWB HOLSTER it's my EDC. NO PROBLEMS WITH MORE THAN 5000 ROUNDS.TIGHT GROUPS.

Was looking to purchase the wife a reflex for her ccw. She loves shooting my 502 so she wanted to stick with FN.
I am a huge FN fan, I hope it’s just a one off but ya, that’s what happened to mine.
Mine is an early release so maybes it’s been addressed? The sizes is great for CCW, front sight is great and easy to pick up.
🤞I have not had a failure, but I dislike the polymer guide rod. I do expect that will be one of the first after market parts available besides sight options. I watch mine like a hawk for any stress cracks and I have a brand new spare when they happen. I have a lot more rounds through mine than that, so I would have to say this is likely a manufacturing defect, but I am not an expert.
My Ruger SR9c had a polymer guide rod and I replaced it with a stainless one as well. I have contacted a few of the smaller after market machine shops, they seem to be the quickest to come up with a solution.👍 Nothing yet though...
I’m sure it’s just a one off, I’ve never had an issue with other FNs. Mine is a pretty early build so it might just be a one off.
Just got back from the range. Mine shoots great 👍 as dead center as a small pistol can get

@lb.sfirearms it's my favorite pistol. 😍 I built mine from a pawnshop find, since I was getting a new barrel and all. I had to work out a feeding issue when I put it all together (had to polish the breach face a bit) she has been true ever since. Underwood ammo works the best for 460. They make a nicer, thicker bullet case.

Great holster for the FN REFLEX MRD IS A BLACK POINT TACTICAL WING IWB HOLSTER. You can wear your reflex all week long. Great red dot HOLOSUN 507K. BLACK POINT TACTICAL Also makes great IWB MAG HOLDERS.

@@lb.sfirearms definitely wild. Now I’m nervous to carry it when I do get it back lol I’m thinking about getting a Glock or something with proven reliability to carry instead

lol well that’s a tough feet, mine is made with .09 kydex so thicker than some but ya…. Who knows what it will do, none of mine have let me down yet…

Mine made it 3 days and 26 rounds. Less than impressed.
Wow that’s pretty bad, what went wrong?
@lb.sfirearms field stripped to clean and lube. Reassembled, pulled slide back, and guiderod broke.
@timgoward9407 ouch same as mine…. Man I’m sorry, good news is that their customer service is pretty good. I got mine back in less than 2 weeks.
@timgoward9407 if it helps, it’s held up so far but I’m only 100 round so to the new rod so we will see.
@lb.sfirearms hopefully an upgrade will be available at some point. Great pistol, pos recoil spring group.
