Just secured a job at an International School in China . I`m 51 years old. Teacher by profession. Has been in ESL for over 15 years. Thanks for sharing 🤗😘😘😘
Hi there…I am also teaching abroad but would love to work in China. I am the same age as you. Would you mind sharing with me how I go about finding a school? I will appreciate it so much🙏
I’ve been waiting for my documents at Dirco for 2 months now, when I thought it would take 3-5 working days to process them. I’m stressed but trying to stay positive but my family keeps provoking me saying “somethings taunting me”… They just don’t understand and my finances are not so great. This process has been so draining and I haven’t even left the country.
@mittadlamini5090 Have you done follow ups with DIRCO via email ? If not you should Check out my latest video on costs and timeline, it will give you an idea of how long things take because it usually takes long.. Askies I know it can feel draining in the moment, but once it's done it's DONE🤞🏽
That certificatie feel 🤣🤣. I was so stupid and got my certificate through DHL all the way from London which cost R850 😢. Luckily I realised I can go ahead with just printing the PDF and didn’t wait for it to arrive after 3 weeks before getting in notarised and authenticated by the high court.
Please tell about scope for non native English speakers for getting teacher job in China. I'm a non native speaker but I have master's in English Literature and also pursuing 120 hours TEFL certificate course for getting job there. Please talk about this in your vlog.
Been watching your videos sis. I wanted to know if whether do I go through all this process of verification and applying for passp. before I apply for a school or I do all this after I’ve found a school? I’m just a lil confused there
Can I use my Diploma to secure a job in China? I know it's possible in Vietnam/Cambodia/Thailand to work without a Degree, just a TEFL but the pay is relatively lower than China. I also understand some Asian languages
I have an IELTS certificate, can i use it to work? Plus can i have your wechat handle please as i prepare to be in Guangzhou in August. I need to make certain enquiries please 🙏
Hello, I hope you’re doing well…please I wanted to ask you if I need a degree in education to get a pgce certificate, also what is the official website to get this certificate ?
You dont need a degree in B. Ed to get a PGCE, Your degree needs to have teaching subjects for you to be able to do your PGCE You can do it with several public universities (UL, WITS, UP, etc) depending on where and what your degree qualifies you for.
