  • We replace the swollen USDM Toyota OEM lug nuts with Lexus Japanese made versions.
    Japanese Made Lugs - 90942-01033
These aftermarket set are worth a short for $20 on eBay: ebay.to/3uv4lTD
This set also got good reviews on Amazon for $14: amzn.to/2F4l4Ay
If you want OEM from dealer, the Japanese P/N is 90942-01033, List price is about $3.88 each at Toyota or Lexus dealer. You can try some online dealers for cheaper but shipping is like $10-15 but you save tax.
Avoid the US P/N 90084-94001, this is the two piece type that will corrode.
If you are looking for upgraded look with black lugs. There are some options for $22 or so, ebay.to/3sKkdvS . Reviews say that black chips easily though but this is for almost all black coated lugs.

Your previous video and this one are a must for Toyota owners. I was racking my brain the dealer was useless on this problem. But you saved the day for me and endless headaches and cost of replacing the parts that would fail.

You can buy a 21.5 mm socket to use with a 0.5 “ drive wrench.

The quality of this video was excellent. Thank you. It turned out, thanks to your detailed analysis of the lug nuts, that I don't have this issue on my 2005 1st. generation Highlander (200,000 miles in south central PA, if they were going to swell they would have). I was fortunate enough to get the solid lug nuts which are a lot longer on my vehicle.

Did you get rid of the 250? I was hoping you’d get the 4is taillights and do a video on it

Naw. It’s still sitting here. I got parts for IS250 and IS300 but no time to do videos or work on them. Been traveling every week for work, so I squeeze random videos and projects in on other stuff.
