Which step did you take today to get a little closer to where you want to be tomorrow? 😊 I go first: For a week now I exercised my body for at least 30 minutes a day. Last night Bray kicked me out of bed five times because he wasn't feeling well. I was completely exhausted this morning but I still did my exercises. Getting myself a little closer to my desired health and weight goal. 💪🏻🙈 Now it's your turn 😊 I
Dear Lexi...wonderful video, thank you. A great reminder that when I am overwhelmed to just do one small thing...and that I am not the only one feeling overwhelmed. There are a lot more of us than you might think; some people are just better actors than we are. Today I made a huge pot of soup for the freezer; that's 7 dinners I won't have to worry about cooking in the future.
@@Tortise02 Dear Charlotte, thank you so much for leaving this comment. I hope you are feeling well?😊 I was one of those really great actors out there and hide all of my troubles really well. But I find talking about it and connecting with other people who have similar problems helps so much. You don´t feel so alone anymore. The day I got better was probably the day I took off the mask I wore for the outside world. Ohhh soup 😋 I hadn´t had that in quite a while. 🙈 I need to change that 😂. Thank you for sharing 🥰 Love Lexi
Dear Lexi, so glad to watch another video from you! ^-^)/ these past days I've been feeling stuck in life, with no energy to take even the smallest step. As a perfeccionist in recovery, I can get overwhelmed by the many MAAAANY available paths I might take - which makes me anxious and then paralyzed 🥲 I think it's time to stop and review my goals and dreams now. Breaking them in small tasks so I don't feel so discouraged to act. Your message came in the right time for me, thank you.
Dear Aline, thank you so much for watching my video 🥰. I am glad you enjoyed it and that it helped you a little. It´s nice to think of my video being a held-out hand to help someone take the next step. I know how important that can be sometimes. To have someone thinking of you or offering help. I can totally understand and relate to your situation. We let our heads chase away from us, bombarding us with too many choices and all the possible outcomes. I like to remind myself when I catch myself doing this, that these are just thoughts that don´t need to come to pass. What I do and act on is what will actually happen and open up a new path for me. I hope that you will be able to take a little step today that will bring you a little closer to one of your dreams. If you want you can let me know which step you took. 🥰 Lots of greetings from Germany. Lexi
Dear Lexi, Your way with words, and the manner in which you interweave them through imagery, is truly inspirational. Your wisdom reaches deep into the heart. Thank you...
Dear Marian, thank you so much 🙈 that means so much to me. And I can wholeheartedly return this compliment. I love reading your comments. They are so rich in pictures. I love the English language. It´s much simpler than German. But I am not native, so I feel a little held back sometimes, expressing myself 😂 Love Lexi
I take approximately 3,700 steps each day on my walk with the dog. I do this so I may be able to take 3,700 steps tomorrow. The journey starts with a single first step.
Dear David, thank you so much for watching my video. 3.700 steps every morning is a great way to start the day. Especially with a dog by your side 😊. What breed is your dog? It´s the first thing I do every day too. Never counted the steps though 🙈. The first step is often the hardest to take. And then it is so important to keep moving, to keep taking steps, and to be proud of ourselves when we do. Have a great day. Lexi
@@becomingadreamcatcher I have an app on my phone that counts my steps for me. My dog's sister had DNA done and she was about 25% Lab, 25% Border Collie and 25% Australian Shephard. The rest is a combo, but he definitely has a lot of energy. Much more than I do, but in doing so, I get my exercise. I receive the added benefit of greeting the natural world each morning and giving thanks for another day.
Wow, that is a powerful mix of very active dog breeds 😊. It´s great that we have our dogs to inspire and motivate us to go outside even if we don´t feel like it. 🥰 I hope you have a lovely walk today with your "pawtner". 😊🐕

@@becomingadreamcatcher Your English is pretty close to impeccable. You have no reason to believe otherwise! 💞
Don't make me blush 🙈☺️ I used to be so bad in school. And then I went to Wales for 7 Months as an au pair. That changed everything 😉
