      OK I KNOW MOST U PEOPLE DONT HAVE AVOCADO OIL SO HERE IS AN EASIER MASK WHICH MOST OF YALL HAVE
      tbsp of honey
      1/4 cup olive oil (preferably heated)
      apply to hair and leave in for 30min
      wash hair (double shampoo so u get it out) and viola u have shiny, healthier
      hair :P

    I use Argan oil for anti frizz and repair damaged hair. I have fine hair, use dryer & curling iron every day and live in the dry desert and it works for me.

      What ? Is many different kinds of microwave! We a Sharp one is in the lower level of my kitchen . The call it: Microwave Drawer ! They have warmers and coolers/ fridge drawer like this too.

      It works, the ends of my hair is unhealthy cause I bleached it and after oil and honey, it was softer! Also I didn't even use avocado oil i used my og parachute coconut oil (if ur Indian you'd probably know😭😃)and some olive oil w honey and it was defo softer

    You should put it on the stove in a double boiler instead of the microwave because the microwave can kill off a bunch of the good bacterias and nutrients

    Everyone if you were wondering u can use coconut oil! It works the same Idk if u can use any other oils but I’m sure you can! Just if ur using a VERY oily oil like Castor oil or olive oil wash thoroughly hope this helped!!!

      Sometimes it takes more than once for results to be seen.
      I wouldst expect a one-time deal when it comes to beauty treatment with hair.
      Give it some time, or try a different hair mask.

    If you have high porosity hair dont heat the oils. your cuticles are already open just put the honey and oil on your hair

    I have impossibly dry hair. I want to cut it but nobody says it’s a good idea…I’ll try this and let ppl know how it goes because honestly for real it isn’t frizzy because it’s curly but it isn’t split it’s just the hair texture I have due to health maybe? I have EDS but that shouldn’t affect nutrition absorbtion…

      Depends on hair type, porosity, damage etc. typically argon oil is one of the best universal hair oils :)

      Try to find organic alternatives like coconut oil or olive oil but vegetable oils are refined with no nutritional value so you're not giving ur hair anything except some oily texture with tthem

    Aren't oils are bad for hair? They fried my hair to the point that I had to either cut it or do a keratin treatment so I did a keratin treatment thinking if it failed I'll just cut it and it didn't so I'm enjoying my hair so much now but oils 🤢
    I used to use oil mask for 1 hour not more and still no result!

      Oils are actually good for the hair it probably doesn’t work on everyone but I’ve seen many people who use oil in their hair and it’s flawless

      @@Minsungix their hair might be already compatible as u said maybe it's not for everyone but conceptually speaking and logically it's not good makes your hair tired coz it's heavy hair doesn't absorb it unless on the scalp and even the skin pores are too small to absorb also it literally fires the hair if u go out in the sun or smth and it masks whatever condition your hair is in until the next shower and some oils even change the color of your hair even if it's black becomes dull so nope don't recommend at all as a go to treatment unless your hair really needs smth like

    Aren’t you supposed to use shampoo first so it cleanses the buildup, opens the cuticles and allows for better absorption or is this for dry scalps only? My hair does lean towards oily after a few days of no shampoo
