There's only 2 things I focussed on and it worked for me to grow back my hair:
1. Decreasing the factors that cause hair fall like stress, fried and spicy food, smoking.
2. Boosting the factors that cause hair growth like adding Coco Onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, hydration, fresh fruits, and veggies..
Whatever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and don’t stress over it.

I had thick hair from birth, but I lost a lot of it during my studies. I did not took very good care of it. At a point, it was very thin. Then I realized and started taking care of it. I changed my diet, way of living life, and shampoo, hair oils, hair conditioners and it worked and controlled my hair fall. I ate more of green veggies and fruits of different colors. I did exercise 30 minutes day. I used liettleextra cocconniioon shampoo, oil, hair conditioner. In last year, I have seen a very positive change in my hairs. I'm not losing hair like before.

I apply a small amount of Littlellextra Cocoonnion oil before bed, and it soaks into the scalp overnight. In the morning, I apply Reeactivate Hair Serum for added hair strength while heading to work. Every 2-3 days, I cleanse my hair with shampoo. Now, my hair growth has improved significantly.

For low porosity hair use light oils such as argan, jojoba, avocado etc. I add essential oils/spices such as peppermint and cinnamon.

I’ve been using Olive 🫒 and coconut 🥥 oil most of my life in my hair. In the Bible 📖 when you see anytime uc oil is mentioned in the Bible 90% of the time it’s olive oil they called it liquid Gold and yes you have to get the cold pressed. I have not seen that aloe Vera growth oil tho😳

It protects your hair from breaking and such NOT growing.
What grows hair are your roots. So vitamins, minerals, water, healthy food is how to grow your hair.

I always have hair problems its always frizzy very dry ends i cut them always i thought they are damaged ! I use most expensive masks and haie care yeas it looks better but still dry . I decided to check my vitamins level they are all normal except vitamin d it was like just 4 😢 i toke the first dose and my hair so much softer and healther my ends looks so healthy and soft .

Yes but instead of just plain water, boil water 💧 with herbs 🌿 like rosemary leaves, bay leaves, cloves buds etc and once its cooler add a bit of lavender oil, tea tree oil, and you can keep it in the fridge longer, and anyway that is what I do
