I’m unsure whether to believe the girl from the UK or not, but the information is readily available in her native language, so there’s no excuse for being uninformed. When traveling, it’s essential to do your research and understand the rules. Her decision to go to New Zealand to reapply for a tourist visa suggests she’s well aware of immigration laws-she just didn’t want to pay for airfare or couldn’t afford it, which seems pretty clear. Despite the officers’ kindness, she still threw a tantrum. Another tell-tale sign was her mentioning wanting to check her future visa sponsorship, implying she was actively seeking work while on a tourist visa-a blatant violation of the rules.
I totally agree. It takes a special kind of arrogance and a special kind of stupidity to break the law in a foreign country and expect to get away with it.
I used to think that I'd like to travel to Australia some day. After seeing how the customs people treat travelers, even innocent ones, I may reconsider.
If you follow the rules and tick the right boxes, you can literally just walk past them lol. They ask you “anything to declare?” And you walk past out into arrivals. So easy if you do the right thing and follow the rules.
They claimed he is not a genuine tourist... I'd like to see them try to prove that. Customs like to blabber on about legal documents... they just made a false declaration themselves. The might stink, he might be a mess... but that doesn't mean he's not going home after his 7-10 days.
I brought back 14 saris from a visit to Qatar in 2007. Customs at Heathrow just rolled their eyes at me, and US Customs in L.A. grinned. I had shown both photos of my hobby, medieval reenactment (SCA). The saris were to make silk costumes from the 12th and 13th century for me and friends. Customs let me through at both, with me leaving SCA contact info to join their local branches if interested. ❤

Her boyfriend is a native Australian that has a legit phone number, answers the phone and verifies everything she has said is true. She is sent back to the UK. Make it make sense!
Because the man from the US didn’t break the law. It is likely that he was catfished, but he still could come in and find out for sure. There’s nothing illegal about that. The woman from the UK broke the law. They didn’t want to let a criminal in their country. It seems pretty straightforward to me!
@ It’s not straight forward. He had no place to go. The person that he was going to see wasn’t even available. He had no money. He had nobody to contact. Usually they send them back bc of just those reasons. She was wrong only bc the visa the AGENCY gave her. She did nothing that was illegal. They could have fixed that instead of telling her she couldn’t come back for a year, I think they said. I’m just pointed out that he should have been sent home as well, that was bogus!

Despite the officers’ kindness, she still threw a tantrum. Another tell-tale sign was her mentioning wanting to check her future visa sponsorship, implying she was actively seeking work while on a tourist visa-a blatant violation of the rules.
Simple….don’t break the law…regardless how big or small
Do the crime pay the time .
I totally agree. It takes a special kind of arrogance and a special kind of stupidity to break the law in a foreign country and expect to get away with it.
Or……..hear me out
Harsher punishment to deter future criminals
The fines are a joke
Go Emma! She’s fantastic ✈️
1:53 them talking about Steve Irwin brought a tear to my eye ❤
I used to think that I'd like to travel to Australia some day. After seeing how the customs people treat travelers, even innocent ones, I may reconsider.
If you follow the rules and tick the right boxes, you can literally just walk past them lol. They ask you “anything to declare?” And you walk past out into arrivals. So easy if you do the right thing and follow the rules.
I felt sorry for Thomas. He checked out legally. They just didn't like his hygiene. I'm sure he was just checking something off of his bucket list.
lol...although the dropping of the drawers and adjusting himself, they may have worried about invasive bugs. 🤭🤷♀
They claimed he is not a genuine tourist... I'd like to see them try to prove that.
Customs like to blabber on about legal documents... they just made a false declaration themselves.
The might stink, he might be a mess... but that doesn't mean he's not going home after his 7-10 days.
@@MissFoxification Agree.
i just dont understand why anyone would risk bringing drugs through the airport
Greedy
Money 💰
I wish they’d do a follow-up show on this series!
I cant believe that they cancelled the poor pensioners vacation wasted all the money that he spent on ticket and hotel accomidations. He probably doesn't make very much from his pension and was trying to enjoy the few years he had left and he was trying to do it on the cheap.....poor guy
Now he has time to shower
But what does clothes have anything to do with all of there inquiries that's just silly
I have Global Entry and all they did was wave at me once they saw my card when I entered Sydney. No lines, no waiting, no hassles. It’s a fantastic country.
Any country will not allow a person back in when they over stayed their visa. She knew what she was doing.
Woman clearly broke immigration laws. She knew what she was doing. She should get sent back. When I get a visa Im quite aware of the time I have. Im not a child, nor is she. Follow the rules and stop crying for what you know you did.
No idea how Border Patrol agents endure this everyday- no matter the country! God bless border patrols worldwide
“The way I maneuver is different than other people” honestly a g line
So hilarious 😂
Australia does a good job protecting their country. Australia might be the only legitimate country left.
I love how the Korean man was trying to negotiate with the Officer. You are traveling on someone else’s passport. Shut up and sit down!
How come no one is speaking of the funny guy @ 14:27 🤣😂🤣.. He is genuine meme material
1:05:25 classic line 👌 that dude is a legit badass ~ then he calmly sips on the straw in his bubble milk tea 🧋
Love that ponytail guy ❤
Swabbing the cards in a person's wallet is wild.
someone once gave me a lot of homegrown oranges out in California. When we got to the airport we were told they were not legal to take into the airport. We ran over to a truck driver and gave him the oranges so we didnt have to throw them away.
I like the blonde border patrol agent I can't believe it we know he's got something😂 you mean he wants to get away with it and not go to jail that's unbelievable😂 this guy's a real student of human nature. He picked the right job😂😂 why would a criminal deny their crime😅😅
it's really strange that you cancel your flight to London then suddenly you are buying tickets to Australia from South Africa) why would anyone do that? it's really expensive. And he didn't provide a reasonable answer for that simple question.
@@Firespirit233 not what I was talking about at all but thanks for your response.
😂😂@@chrisk7626
😂😂 we all have an opinion right🤭😋🤣
It's so funny, these people disregard the significance of the cards however when I first moved to AU years ago, I was 12 years old with my older sister and I was panicking that I wasn't doing it right and overthinking even food I had unfinished on the plane. Lol.
He didn’t use gloves when he transferred the swab to the machine. Who knows if it came off the officer.
Not only that, but anyone can pickup trace drugs on their credit cards, ID cards etc.. Over 95% of all paper money in America has trace amounts, which can then transfer onto other things.
@@jamesinson3488 I also loved their suspicion about an Italian visiting Denmark for "just" two days, as if that's something strange for someone living in Europe. =D
They use the positive on the machine as a pretext to search. They know it’s not accurate.
The Chinese guy cracked me up 😂
I’m always nervous when I travel
"Oscar isn't wild" lol I see what you did there😂
New Rule: if ur caught in a lie, you don’t get to fly (except back home, lol). Should be on No Fly List for 1 year. Second offense- flying is banned for life.
Don’t understand it! Whyt guy, comes in with small amount of money, and an engagement ring for a female he met online. Still married but separated from his wife. The female doesn’t come to pick him up, they can’t find her at work, or at home. The phone is disconnected but they believe he is telling the truth and lets him into the country. A blk female with the wrong visa by an agency. Wants to live and work with her boyfriend in Australia.
I like Mr.Thomas ❤...
He knows how to budget to be able to travel the world when he feels...
he took what he needed,
an even that is suspect after all else checked out°!
he jus needs to 🚿 more an care more about his hygiene.
his smile at the end was so Precious 😊
Wish all airports and countrys were this tight but also this toan. Dont have to pull guns or yell. Keep calm and smart.
Just amazed by dogs officer work😊😊
🍁Declare and dont lie or you wont be able to fly🤣🤣🤣🐕🐕🐕👏👏👏poor Darryll He's cute, let him go🤣🤣
