I don't think I've ever commented on a video, but I just want to express how thankful I am for your content. Every time I watch a video, it feels like I'm just checking in with a friend and, as a recovering workaholic, it reminds me that work isn't everything and that I must (and deserve) to have a life outside of it. Thank you for inspiring me and so many others to pour into ourselves. Happy Sunday!
i used to work at a pizza shop and we would make wrap burrito type things. the key to having a bunch of stuff in it and keeping it all in there it putting all the filling in only the center of the wrap and then leaving about 1.5 inch of the tortilla empty the entire circumference around.. so its basically a pile of food just in the center of the tortilla. then first fold the left and right sides over eachother, then you basically grab the cluster of food in the middle and grip it and kind of pull it back(?)while you roll the wrap away from you, wrapping it as tightly as possible!!!! omg hope that made sense lol
I used to be a gym only workout classes are lame kind of girly, but then I changed jobs and my new company expenses fitness every month! That's when I started classpass and I have been obsessed with corepower & hot barre / hot pilates. I feel like all the sweat from the heat is so cathartic and I get it for free which makes it feel even better. I would also recommend trying F45, which is how I throw in some weightlifting exercise!
I liked the intro to this video and have been enjoying the written graphics you've been adding in. Not sure if graphics is the right word so hopefully you know what I mean! I used to belong to a gym where I mainly took classes then I moved into a building that has a gym so I gave up my membership. I try to walk daily for 30-45 minutes and do the Peloton once a week for a good sweat session. I've been a member of Fit by Coach Kel since she created her website a few years ago and love it! It's $20 a monthly, unlimited barre, pilates, and body sculpt/conditioning videos. She uploads a new video about once a week and has challenges throughout the year.
Love these videos!! When I’m not training for a race I normally run 3 times a week, one of them being a longer run and then do one strength training day, a hot yoga day and then a warrior sculpt or a spin class depending on the week.
i need to try the chicken caesar wrap!!! I'm usually not a caesar salad fan but they've been growing on me lately and I used to make wraps like that w salad kits all the time last yr but never thought to put freezer nuggs in it!!!
I LOVE the Alani cherry slush. I'm pregnant so I can't have it right now, so I literally bought one for my coworker recently so I could just have a sip of it.
Have you tried Bodymass in Arlington? Small group classes (max. 10 people) focused on strength training (mix of squat rack and floor work). Great coaches who really focus on correct form and push you to help you get stronger each week!
I always wonder how you manage to do it all with a little dog at home. Do you walk him before and after work + on your lunch break? Or do you split this "duty" up with your partner? How do you manage to do all these things (work out etc) whilst working full time and having a dog? I always struggle to manage my time with our dog :D
Yes I walk him before and after work, and during my lunch break 💗 he’s a pretty chill dog, he’s a shih tzu so in nature their breed is pretty relaxed so he honestly just sleeps all day during work hours. My partner will help me usually in the evenings since he leaves early right now for medical school rotations
@@JennaHong Thank you so much for answering this, I see! :) We have a standard poodle and she needs a lot of movement so I guess that is why I struggle sometimes (getting her tired and happy takes more time for her I guess ;) ). I think I'll need to step up my planning game and lower my expectations for what I can do next to having her and a full time job then I guess! :D Have a nice day :)
📣 Look at our Pro Runner Jenna Go 🏃🏻 wish you luck on this Marathon ❤ Girl, new high quality bath towels are peak Adulthood ~ so proud of you and Thomas 😅
Understood, it’s tricky since I also show what brands gift me in PR and I feel it’s important to disclose what I pay for, what I don’t, and what is sponsored it’s for transparency and clarity. There is plenty I pay for and some that I’m fortunate to receive in gifts by friends family and brands.
I’ve become a full on at-home strength training gal this year with my Tonal. I really need someone/thing to tell me what to do and increase the weight for me… otherwise I’m hopeless at the gym lifting the same weights over and over. 😂
I do a mixture of pilates and physiotherapy exercises at home, that shit sculpts ! For cardio I do stationary bike and some walking workouts from Kira pro on youtube.
Hi Jenna! I need some advice. My company is enforcing return to office after working from home for 4.5 years. I am so devastated by this and am dreading going back into the office full time. Do you have any advice? I just feel like it’s going to ruin my workout routine (I workout in the morning) and I’m mad about the idea of sitting in traffic during a commute. I think I need a change of perspective, but it’s hard to see anything positive when it feels like I’m losing so much time and flexibility.
i totally understand, i honestly would try your best to embrace it because it's not in your control unfortunately. i would see if you can go to a gym nearby your office and still get that morning workout in, shower at the gym, and then head into work. and for the commute i would honestly see it as good decompressing time! so that you can be yourself when you get home
Hey Jenna , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?
make sure to watch the last vlog for how the long weekend went 💗 welcome back to work to live diaries

thank you so much 🥹💕
Love when UA-camrs say - I bought it myself. They don’t realize how unrelatable this is. The rest of us pay for all our purchases.
@@JennaHong that’s really a fair point because so many YT-bets do not disclose. Thank you. Subscribed.

@@JennaHong it’s an investment but it’s WORTH it.

I’m into F45 these days! But I don’t have their membership, I use ClassPass!
