Sir i am doing phd in csir lab cmeri... But dont know it is gud for me.. And i also not have any fellowship... And my topic I don't know.. Just doing coursework... Actually my area is computer science and i can't put my domain interest... So totally depending on my guide who's from robotics Dept name Ranjit ray sir... But i don't know myself that i can do Or not. . Joined 2 months ago.. Rahne ne bhi problem ho rha... As my home is another city... And it is of high duration.. And don't know anything about how to publish and writing paper... And i talked to my city csir lab but it is ceramic lab not engineering as I am from computer science background but sitting from so many years gap iu don't have knowledge on coding n all...as world sees towards computer scierncer, so i hadd a talk in csir lab that is in kolkata , and one of guide from there told me that i can take transfer but after completing course from csir lab durgapur... But i am concerned that it is ok... For me... Or if there will be problem?
Sir i took admission in state university that too without fellowship after I got to know about my seniors who are in their 7th year of PhD and biggest shock was there was no supervisor of my subject. So after so much stressful situations, i dropped out after one year i wasted my more than one year entirely ( in nov i dropped out ).Was it a good decision sir?

Sir, if someone joins to do phd through institution fellowship and leaves for some reason and then he wants to join phd in another institute through jrf, then does he have to return the previous institution fellowship? 2. For admissiom in the new institute, should noc is mandatory from the previous institute/guide?

See, you can transfer your Fellowship but it required a proper steps... approvals and all....so discuss on both places then move ahead....
