Bro, this was very helpful!! I bought this same mic 🎤 for church use, and the instructions are a bit lame 😒 Thanks to you I think I’ve got it, and should be able to set it up with ease. Thanks again!!
This is a pretty good review. I have been using this series of wireless mics almost since they came out. There are certainly better systems out there, but these are good enough to get the job done, and be dependable. I would say that the major difference between this and the more expensive units are that this is lacking some of the newer/better technology that would keep your frequencies more protected.
excellent review.. best ive seen on utube.. most videos have dumb loud music in the background..and you can barley hear them speak...you explain everything in detail & get right to the point
Thanks for this video. Recently purchased one of these as a replacement for existing older Sennheiser wireless system. I was concerned there was something wrong with the unit since I could not get much output from it compared to the older Sennheisers we have (about 1/3 the signal strength to the board as the older mics). You covered relative info (including the squelch, signal strength, channel select/sync) that should confirm to me my unit is not faulty, just a good bit different than my older ew100 systems. Thanks again.
Thanks! That's a very niche setup, I would say logically it should work, but you may run into issues with gain/volume/noise/interference. Always best to connect via a soundcard/audio interface.
I have this type of wireless microphone. Can i connect to bluetooth speaker that i have ( Sony MHC-V71 ) ? or we need some extra equipment to connect ?
I have the Sennheiser 1-835 dual wireless, can you recommend a good carrying case for it? a specific one because im having a hard time trying to find one and in gate case finder doesn't have it as model except for the 1-825
I watched this for 10 minutes to see how to do a frequency scan and set and he skipped through it so fast I couldn't see what buttons to press!! He spent longer showing off the mic bag and than on this. Useful bit about squelch though... thanks.
@@jcunboxing I have both Handheld XS1 and Lapel XSW 2 but the lapel keeps dropping signal and cutting when both on, and frequencies different, will try it again and put squelch on mid
You said no one ☝️ will be using this mic for singing. That’s why I just purchased this mic yesterday to sing at a show... Why is this mic not for singing?
Sorry, probably should have prefaced with it's not prefrable. If you want pro audio quality you'd go with the next one up. it's okay for singing but not preferred compared to their mid-tier models. Construction is plastic as well compared to metal in their mid-tier.

Great video, do know by any chance if i can use a 1/8 to 1/8 cable to send audio from my laptop with the XSW Lav unit?

Can additional mics be added to the receiver? Anything else need to buy for the receiver to do that?
Sir, i synced with transmitter and receiver but i am not getting any AF/RF signal. Please help sir.

Good for handheld what about the Lapel bodypack is it the same setup?
I would assume the lapel version would be similar setup.

I’ve had a lot of singers use this in my system, it works fine. If this is within your budget, then go for it. Just stay away from the 825 capsule.
Muy buena la explicación pero no entiendo el idioma sería posible en español estaría agradecido
Quick look and makes a 12min review 😅😂😂
