I have a question but first I would like to say great great great bags I will say I have the rummy roll bag very cool the regular one now ok dose this material by you saying it stands on it own doesn't that mean it wont mold ( i think you would say ) its self on your back so it can be more comfortable and does that mean its also thinker and heavier o but o yes that white inner liner very cool it would make it way easier to see inside
Mike Serna thanks! Sadly the messenger line does not have the white lining. And additionally, the messenger bags still hug your bag. So if you have a sharp object like a book corner or something, it will stick you in the bag. This is one one of the rare, rare instances where Chrome Industries’ truck tarpaulin liner in their messenger bags is superior to MW. Not saying Chrome bags are better mind you, but the thicker lining makes a difference since messenger bags don’t have the carbon fiber insert like the backpacks do to prevent sharp objects sticking you.
o wow thats a bummer understandable just recently I have moved back to a chrome bag only do to the buckle ( sorry to say the buckle helps when I have a heavy load )but like you said not saying chome is better all bag have there goods and bads still love missions bags
Mike Serna yea the buckle is great especially for heavy loads. Fun fact: the founders of Mission Workshop also are the founders of Chrome Industries! Maybe a Cobra buckle option will appear in the future when the messenger line gets a refresh in the next year or so.
There are many kinds of Cordura. I’m not familiar with any officially called mil-spec. Honestly it comes down to looks and feels as I don’t think any of them would fail under the same sort of usage as the other.
@@jeh966 foxdura? Do you mean VX? VX has ripstop laminate integrated into the fabric. It’s going to be a little bit stronger and can withstand heavier loads and prevent tearing.
pretty funk stuff. lousy edge binding. nothing new under the sun. very unprofessional corners on edge binding. every heard of bias tape?this note is from the man that started cordura in 1973. not to mention messenger bags.
Thank you very much for answering my question . I really appreciate it .
Pura Vida 😊

great videos! can you review the bomber and peacoat please?
Vasudevan Panicker I’d love to. I’ll be doing the Bridgman (pea coat) or Watchman (unreleased topcoat) before the year is out! Stay tuned.
