I enjoy the information. However- am I the only one who feels like there is a club of elite wellness Podcasters that promote the same products that the great majority of people could never afford like hundred of dollars a month for supplements and hundreds for deer jerky? Andy Gilpin seems more genuine and very trustworthy. I seriously love him and hope he maintains his impeccable integrity
Andy feels different and still grounded in reality. For all the others, you are no longer the target audience. Here is another little secret. They have never cared about you , they only wanted to hit critical mass such that real wealthy people hear about it, from their subordinates and cleaning people, because those (wealthy) people really move the needle. All of us are just peasants in Tim and other eyes now.
Absolutely. Magnesium, creatine, fish oil, and vitamin D as Galpin suggested are all relatively cheap, easily accessible supplements to the public. Most of us don’t have $100s of dollars a month to throw at Maui nui venison or AG1. His approach is simple and certainly more palpable and realistic to the general population. Similarly, like Peter Attia, he suggests labs to determine deficiencies before just willy nilly taking supplements that could do more harm than good if you don’t get them right.
@timferriss, with all the latest research & science since writing The 4 Hour Body, do you still recommend taking Alpha-lipoic acid, green tea extract, Niacinamide and garlic extract for muscle building? I keep re-reading the book and was curious if this would still be considered effective based on what you know today v. back then?
Your right ski chatter is most likely an issue with transferring weight across from your left shoulder through the core to the left side of your pelvic floor. But you should probably come heli-skiing with me next to Roger's Pass to make sure.

Nothing say sold out like $120 jerky
tim: „no added sugar, unsweetened venison sticks“ -> me, checking the ingredient list: 2g of added sugar 🧐
