That was very big of Aunt Bess to admit her mistake. I’m sure she was just so excited to get started on the dress shop that she didn’t think it all the way through…Sometimes it’s hard to make decisions by committee. We get it, Bess! 😂 We’re all excited for the dress shop too!

This ongoing story makes me so happy! I always make a story to go with my dollhouses too, but I don't have a cinematic saga like yours. I have a story for my Victorian dollhouse, and now I'm coming up with stories for my apartment dollhouse. I'm building it on a tall bookcase. I have 10 residents: The elderly gentleman, elderly lady, classical musician, crazy cat lady, miss lonely hearts, single slob, aging hippie, goth girl, master chef, and career girl. Also have a laundry/utility room and a rooftop deck with lounge furniture and a BBQ grill. Imagine how fun to come up with stories for all these different people!
OMGOODNESS CHRISTY!!!!! THAT is SOOOO MUCH FUN!!! The Dolls and the characters TRULY define the DOLLHOUSE!!! It's the people and their lives that we create for!!! I absolutely love it!!!! I've always had characters and stories for my Dolls and Dollhouses, ( DADDY would do Voices)! LOLOL!. it is so much FUN to finally be able to able to share the scenarios that go on in my mind!!! LOLOLOLOL!!! Your bookcase Dollhouse reminds me of my childhood friend i played Barbie's with! Her scenes were always modern and some of your characters sound like hers! I wish i could see your project it sound like so much fun!! Thank you for sharing and for watching!!!

I love following your wonderful doll family's adventures and experiences, they are so realistic and believable. They react to each other with love and respect, and there doesn't seem to be nastiness or strife. It is a "family" anyone would fit into and love to join!

Kids never get so old that Mama won't take them to task if she thinks they need it. 😄 I could hear my grandmother fussing at my Dad or one of his siblings when Big Mama talked to Aunt Bess. 🥰 I'm glad she got a good deal, but, yes, she should have consulted the other people affected. I'm glad Marguerite loves her new room. Saadi would be happy to know she saw him flexing his muscles carrying all that stuff from the shop and was impressed. 😉
IKR!!! Did you notice has black hair and Aunt Bess hair is SILVER? BIG MA is OLDER but she KEEPS her hair BLACK! She wants to look young but will pull RANK in a second! Isn't family hierarchy amazing!? Yes Marguerite has admitted to herself that she's in LOVE although she doesn't know what LOVE is! LOLOLOL!!!
