The washer is with the nut assembly. I spent 30 minutes trying to read instructions and put wheelbarrow together. I watched this video and had the whole thing put together in same amount of time. Thank you very much for this video. Joy
I took apart my wheel barrow to put a new tire on and paint the parts that were rusting. I took some photos thinking that would be enough to help me put it back together. WRONG! Thank goodness for this video, otherwise I'd have a heap of parts!😃
omg i was sooooo frustrated trying to read the instructions that came with this wheelbarrow (homedepot kit) since whole one couldn't fit in my small car. I literally left it in the garage for 3 days because I couldn't figure it out. Then I saw a video url on the directions and it lead me to you and i followed your instructions veryyyy carefully and rewinded multiple times and bam! my wheelbarrow was put together. I am soooooo THANKFUL!! for you doing this video and sharing. Now I can get started on my backyard. Thanks again!
Wasn't sure about the orientation of the risers - because they are slightly different. Holes in handles are sloppily drilled. One hole is splintered and not thoroughly drilled through. Two holding one axle bracket are enough off center so it is cockeyed.
The instructions are basic, but enough for me to get it put together while wrangling a 2 year old. The parts dontline up perfectly, but its aesthetic. My issue is how flimsy the thing is. I bought it to redo some landscaping rock and with ~30# (2 year old😂) it wobbles like crazy when you set it down. Spend the $30 more at Home Depot for the all steel Anvil model and dont make 2 trips like me. I took it apart and put it back in the box before returning to avoid embarassment. Should've known better. If you are hauling bubble wrap or pillows, it might work OK for you.
Spent a good couple of back and forward frustration hours putting mine together only realizing they had given me different handles to one I had purchased! Now back to the hardware store! :( Idiots!

Im in search of those raisers please any idea where can I get them?
I put galvanized washers everywhere I could to prevent rust and rot.
You probably should have mentioned the bolt holders

Sadly the bolts dont sit straight in the pan.
what size is the width of the bolt? not length

The nuts are self locking.
