This workout may look easy but this is not easy, it's literally best to do it on your recovery days.. the best part of this workout is it maintains the intensity of an HIIT 💪👊❤🙏 thank you sir for this beautiful workout video
Thanks for your level 1-1.5 workouts!! I use it at HIIT/cardio. I'm 63 and enjoy the variations. I can't always keep up but its good. How about some stretching routines? Much appreciated.

Hi! I enjoyed doing this workout. It was amazing. I used the functional strength training mode on iwatch. It shows 184 & 234 calories respectively for the active and total. Am I using my watch the right way? I know I’ve burned more than 184. Could someone help me please?
