How To Make Arancini Balls | SO VEGAN

Say hello to our wonderfully tasty arancini balls.
Arancini are basically stuffed rice balls which are deep fried, and they're legit. We stuff our balls with a homemade sun-dried tomato pesto, which has a wonderful kick from the chilli flakes. Oh, and there’s also some vegan cream cheese in there for good measure.

Hey guys, I’m so excited to make this it looks absolutely yummy! I just had a question: in the recipe for the cornflour slurry it says cornflour and plant based milk but on the video it’s cornflour and water, so just wanted find out which one it was that is mixed with the cornflour? Apologies if I’ve misconstrued the recipe! :)
Those look delicious! I have all the ingredients already so I have no excuse not to try them. By the way I have the so vegan in 5 cook book and it is amazing! All the recipes I've tried have been great. Thank you for posting free content as well!
