I had a dream once, of being on the open ocean with the sun on my back and the wind in my face. Then one day I woke up and I was 60 and still land locked. Then Delos came along and transported me to all the places I dreamed of going. It's difficult to express the joy I get from watching the travels of Delos and her crew, but I'm overwhelmed with gratitude that you chose to bringing me along and share in your experience of the dream I've held for so long.
Having been so very, very lucky to be picked up and carried along on their passage, I can still say that I resonate well with the joy of being swept into their adventures online. Like many of you, I watched them for years online, laughing and crying with them, and wishing I too could spend my life sailing as they do. I got lucky enough to spend 18 days crossing with them, but it will never be enough... Find an opportunity to get out there, the ocean is wide and wonderful, but know too that the travels of the mind are real and wonderful as well. I have crossed the world a dozen times over in my dreams, and not regretted it once!

Brady & Blue, thank you for taking Paul on this adventure with you. He is a little older than your normal crew mates and you guys made the generational difference look seamless. I thought the complete opposite 😂 so far, every time he speaks, he’s complaining or being negative. I’m only half way thru this vid so hopefully he adjusts at some point and speaks positivity instead of the other

It's been great watching you guys. After the shows did so much for me and dragged me out of the muck and the dirt I was buried in for so long it was great to see you step up with such style and class. I‘ve watched almost all episodes starting 10 years ago. Brady and Brian and all the other crew members: Thank you so much for what you did for so many people around the world watching your videos. I'm not going to lie, I'm looking forward to Brian's family returning. Yet at the same time, I don't think anyone captures those watershed moments of life as well as Brady. He manages to make it not sad while still being reflective on his own life. Great guy.
This is my second episode ever and I am already quite intrigued by everyone in the crew. I absolutely love what I am seeing seeing And I pray that they have a safe passage both to and from your destinations both safely and securely in Jesus mighty name I pray, amen
Brady, Blue... thanks for being living, breathing, sailing examples of how human beings can live lives of true adventure. Not some fake, canned version, but one that comes complete with fear, hard work, wonder, laughter and tears. I've seen so many places in the world thanks to you. I feel like I'm going to miss the adventures of the old Delos crew. But as your real life adventure goes on, I just want to say I wish you all the best, I'm sure I'll be seeing and enjoying your exploits in the future, and I wish you happiness in all that you do. Thanks too for demonstrating that people - even strangers - can live together with respect, and joy, and peace.

Earlier years when I've been watching you Brian has been absolute kindness and fairness figure to the unhuman level and Brady was left a bit shadowed. Now when big brother had been away I found out how great and nice guy Brady is also. All the best for you and grattis från Finland också. ❤

I wasn’t aware Brady & Blue we’re leaving the Delos fold. I’ve been watching Delos for several years and Brady has always been part of its DNA. It will be odd watching the next chapter without him or Blue. Good luck with your next adventure Blue & Brady! You’ve accomplished something very special on Delos.

My initial reaction to "Capt. Brady says GOODBYE" was "don't go, don't go." But Delos has contributed to my increasing dedication to following my own path. OMG! this has been a spectacular season....Having watched Delos for years now, watching you guys grow in so many ways....it's really sad for me but exciting to see what comes next. I've seen every Delos episode right from the beginning so hearing Senior Brady and Blue say they were leaving was shocking, but as the episode progressed the reasons became clear and understandable. Because my brother and I have always had a contentious relationship and watching Bryan and Brady, two brothers that have love and respect for each other, has been a blessing. It's really difficult to imagine Delos without Brady... But what you and Blue said makes complete sense Brady. ...Wow, what an episode. I've watched them all and this may well be my favorite. If memory serves I started with Delos in either Late 2016 or early 2017, in a serious post-PhD burnout and unsure what I would do next with my life. For some reason UA-cam recommended Delos to a landlocked gal in Oklahoma who has never sailed in her life, but it was exactly what I needed in a season of life where I had gotten tired of chasing after goals for goals' sake and was a bit flummoxed about what was going to come next. I binged the whole thing, and have been a weekly viewer and patron ever since. It's been quite a journey since then, we started our own new chapter about a year after I found Delos, moving halfway across the country to take my dream job, with all the joy and terror and growth that entailed. May your next chapter be as exciting as mine has been, Brady and Blue--I have no doubt you'll land on your feet. PS--I need another passage with Paul! The only downside to making this crossing a single episode is I want to see more of his dad jokes and engineering skills! (and at least one more fish!)

I just finished catching up with every Delos video. I started 2 years ago from the first video ever uploaded and then I watched every single one, until today when I finished this. It felt i like I lived on the boat with you guys, experiencing all the adventures you had in the last 10 years. Thank you for your amazing work guys, you are the best sailing channel and one best channels on the entire UA-cam. I saw you growing, changing, leaving, returning and marrying. And now, with this last video, I think I can partly understand what Brady is feeling, because I feel the same. Time is changing! Good luck Cpt. Brady and Sailor Blue on your new adventure! Brady, you're the man...I am also a seafarer myself, an Engineer to be exact, on board commercial vessels for 16 yrs, but my 6 months contract on board feels like a year..........Sailing with De los must be a paradise, regardless of all weather conditions..........I wish i could sail with you guys.

I'm crying because I don't want to see Brady and Blue go. It's been amazing watching the last 10 years of your lives. The strong bond you and Brian forged as brothers. Both extremely competent captains. Seeing the crew come and go. The parties oh my goodness the parties! Chuck the Pahtee! The Leyton sisters. Whom you couldn't help but fall for. Elizabeth the beautiful crazy Brit! Ruben, Max, Sean, Kiril, Chia, Dreeenched! The Ninja Leesir, and so many other wonderful characters. Pacman! So many beautiful adventures and I got to see them all in spectacular high defintion. As I wipe away yet more tears thinking back gosh you guys have rocked it so freakin hard! I used Google earth to look up the places you went to. Thanks for teaching me some damn geography the lessons were beautiful. The damn elephant on a chain! Dick monkeys! The sunset moonrise time lapse shot! The milky way shot. Rough as shit seas in the Indian Ocean. Poo explosions in the head! Because of you I've learned how to make a proper Caparinha! I've never had one before but damn if I didn't go to the liquor store and find some Cuchaca. Your editing skills are better than the Discovery channel! Thank you Delos for enriching my life 30 minutes at a time! I can't wait to see baby Sierra and Bri and Karin and what new adventures lay ahead. But alas parting is such sweet sorrow. Dear Brady and blue I have been following Delos for the last five years, although I will never be able to experience all that Delos has seen and done due to being house bound you have give me a unique look at the world outside. I have watch you both grow as individuals and as a couple and enjoyed season 7 greatly. I hope that in the coming months you find peace and balance away from Delos and pray the sun never sets on your dreams together and that the wind will always fill your sails taking you on new adventures. You started it all. But you know that it’s not only about sailing. It’s about freedom of choices, passion and following your hearts and souls. BALANCE. You said it, Brady.
I'm not going to lie, I'm looking forward to Brian's family returning. Yet at the same time, I don't think anyone captures those watershed moments of life as well as Brady. He manages to make it not sad while still being reflective on his own life. Great guy.

...Wow, what an episode. I've watched them all and this may well be my favorite. If memory serves I started with Delos in either Late 2016 or early 2017, in a serious post-PhD burnout and unsure what I would do next with my life. For some reason UA-cam recommended Delos to a landlocked gal in Oklahoma who has never sailed in her life, but it was exactly what I needed in a season of life where I had gotten tired of chasing after goals for goals' sake and was a bit flummoxed about what was going to come next. I binged the whole thing, and have been a weekly viewer and patron ever since. It's been quite a journey since then, we started our own new chapter about a year after I found Delos, moving halfway across the country to take my dream job, with all the joy and terror and growth that entailed. May your next chapter be as exciting as mine has been, Brady and Blue--I have no doubt you'll land on your feet.
PS--I need another passage with Paul! The only downside to making this crossing a single episode is I want to see more of his dad jokes and engineering skills! (and at least one more fish!)

Brady, you're the man...I am also a seafarer myself, an Engineer to be exact, on board commercial vessels for 16 yrs, but my 6 months contract on board feels like a year..........Sailing with De los must be a paradise, regardless of all weather conditions..........I wish i could sail with you guys.

I'm crying because I don't want to see Brady and Blue go. It's been amazing watching the last 10 years of your lives. The strong bond you and Brian forged as brothers. Both extremely competent captains. Seeing the crew come and go. The parties oh my goodness the parties! Chuck the Pahtee! The Leyton sisters. Whom you couldn't help but fall for. Elizabeth the beautiful crazy Brit! Ruben, Max, Sean, Kiril, Chia, Dreeenched! The Ninja Leesir, and so many other wonderful characters. Pacman! So many beautiful adventures and I got to see them all in spectacular high defintion. As I wipe away yet more tears thinking back gosh you guys have rocked it so freakin hard! I used Google earth to look up the places you went to. Thanks for teaching me some damn geography the lessons were beautiful. The damn elephant on a chain! Dick monkeys! The sunset moonrise time lapse shot! The milky way shot. Rough as shit seas in the Indian Ocean. Poo explosions in the head! Because of you I've learned how to make a proper Caparinha! I've never had one before but damn if I didn't go to the liquor store and find some Cuchaca. Your editing skills are better than the Discovery channel! Dear Brady and blue I have been following Delos for the last five years, although I will never be able to experience all that Delos has seen and done due to being house bound you have give me a unique look at the world outside. I have watch you both grow as individuals and as a couple and enjoyed season 7 greatly. I hope that in the coming months you find peace and balance away from Delos and pray the sun never sets on your dreams together and that the wind will always fill your sails taking you on new adventures.
