It really is surreal when you realize you're actually living the dream you dreamt long ago....
I still remember when Blue and Brady left Delos -- Its actually insane to see that all these years later they could make that dream Brady mentioned come true. I literally had chills for 80% of this video because I knew just how much it means to Brady and Blue. You did it Captains!
Yes, it was sad when you two were no longer on Delos. It definitely wasn’t the same although I do still watch them and watch you now as well. I’m so happy that you got your own boat and you too are doing what you love. I am so very proud of you Brady for achieving what you have achieved such little time if I get blessed with a big amount of money. I’ll be coming to visit you.
You can go back, but "You can never go home" (Thos. Wolfe)... You just experienced that in this video. Our minds work very hard, behind the scenes, to smooth rough edges, fill pot holes, and to otherwise recall things in the best light. We know, your overall time on Delos was a net positive, but at the same time you had a path to follow, together. This is the episode that we all needed, us, you both, and history, to close the circle. Congrats to you both for finishing this chapter. We have all been hung on the penultimate resolution for much too long. Well done to you both for staying your course, and for planting your flag in a ground that is uniquely your own. Well Done to you Both! I look forward to a continued upward trajectory, and to seeing your story continue to unfurl for eternity to see.

Love this! I’ve been an armchair sailor watching sail channel for over 10 years, love the theory explanations to illustrate the skills you have and what it takes, it’s got to be good for your channel, being a pretty unique content, mixed with your wonderful photography on the scenery.

I'm so stoked to see this !! and it was awesome to have that flashback where Brady was talking about his dream of teaching people all about cruising ! This is really lighting me up because in similar ways I have looked back at my life and noticed "holy crap I'm doing the thing that I once only dreamed of"! Wow! Accomplishment! Manifestation! Faith that good ideas from the heart can actually come to fruition!

For all the people out there who have always wanted to do your own thing and make a decent living doing something you love, and pay forward your hard learned lessons.. this is an awesome template.
There are like 7 billion people on this planet.. probably a lot more were born as I finish this sentence. And the chances are there are 100,000 people who would gladly pay to participate in what some of us do everyday. People will gladly sign up for a class to learn something somebody else knows. Or go along on an adventure that somebody else is stoked to create.

As a lost land blubber that sailed years ago around Cape cod & Boston harba ~ It's nice to know how you two met on Delo's evolved through the years and now sharing your dream with us. My point is for the younger kids, don't sit and wait for things to happen, If you have a idea or a dream that keeps repeating in your head & heart that is a sign telling you should not be where you are at that moment of your life. Its like dayshavoo you been there B4 Nope it's your soul telling you to get off your Azz and do it B4 your out of time. "Die with memories not dreams" ~

Agua Verde was one of my favorite anchorages. I had dinner on Delos at Isla Danzante for Kazaas birthday last year. Hope to see you guys out here. You arrived in San Carlos the day I left. I'm over in the Bay of LA and will be heading south. Perhaps I will see you.

I loved this video. Seeing you two on camera again just makes me smile. Brady is a great teacher and very patient with newbies, reminds me of him teaching scuba to mates back in the day. When Blue is narrating, her tone is so professional and her video work is second too none. Her drone coverage and narration of the Azores was spectacular. Thanks for posting.

So I've been watching y'all for years now and in the back of my mind hoping I could sail with you all ...never have sailed....54 years old and hoping to retire but may never be able to ...a journey with you guys would be a blessing....just can't afford the academy 😪

Well, Blue has a wonderful narration voice and one wonders if they do audio readings for dollars. And the whole sailing and not getting fingers ripped off by rigging brings back memories. you guys are great; keep it up!

Such a beautiful positive symbiotic relationship you brothers had, it's incredibly awesome to see how the hard work has panned out so well for all of you. Best of luck in helping people turn their imaginations into memories. While the ideas of actually tending to a sailing boat may be less glamorous, the views can not be concieved from video. Seeing another sailboat sailing from a sailboat is quite unique. Seeing a hundred sailboats under spinnaker chasing you is quite satisfying and an indelible memory. I've had my share of those hard earned memories. Best of luck to all those whom are willing to try. Welcome mating souls.

You could make tacking a lot more efficient and less work if you taught your students how to back wind the jib before releasing the sheet from the winch. This is when as you start coming about/tacking the boat as it begins to turn and the wind begins to fill the jib on the other side as the bow crosses over to the other side. Only then do you begin to release the sheet but not before the sheet on the opposite side is already partly pulled in. Then the not yet released jib sheet can be gradually released as it is pulled in on the opposite side and wrapped around the winch. Tacking this way, if done correctly requires no cranking of winches or wild flapping of the foresail.

It was good to see you catch up with Delos, I'm sure there were a lot of emotions that you just could not capture on film. It has to be hard separating from someone you shared such a small
space with for over 10 yrs. Then to get back again for only a brief time and go your separate ways must be difficult.

It was 7 years ago I first started watching Delos. I saw the transition from the crew that sailed the Indian Ocean to the crew that sailed up the coast of Africa and onto St Helena. I watched you two grow together, culminating in your circumnavigation of the Atlantic Ocean. That was an awesome season ! Then I meet you both in Annapolis which was really cool. Now watching Brian and Kazza cruise up to your boat on Maggie, I get a bit of a sense of what you are feeling Mr. Brady. Kudos to you brother!! You did it! You achieved your goal of teaching a wonderful lifestyle and being successful at it. It's fun to watch the progress. Keep it going my friends!
