    I have had and purchased Microsoft Office or just word so many times since the 80's and when I upgrade a computer I had to upgrade with Office. Now you have changed it again and nothing is easy to figure out. I do not want to have to take a class to learn the steps I had previously for my 2 times a month use. Why can't I purchase a cd of the version I know and not have to update. You can update it for me - that is what you do.

    Hello,microsoft. Could you help me? I want to play minecraft with my microsoft account. But my account get banned for no reason. I am pretty sure i don't do anything bad, i just want to play a game that i like. When i try to unbanned it, it always said something wrong happen and i don't get verification code. Even when i make a new account, they always banned me. Like..why? Now i can't login and play minecraft again😢😢

      @@MicrosoftCustomerSupport I got my account back last night😊I am really happy. I think there is something wrong with my phone number (in this case, my old number can't get verification code so i can't unbanned it even when i tried many times. I don't know why). Then i buy new number and try to connect it with my microsoft account to get verification code and boomm!! Its done. I get the code and the system unbanned me. Yaayyyy!!
