No one could have done this better. Great Job Ian A.
Great performance by great vocals and musicians
Ray Manzarek was an absolute monster musician.
How can you not love the Doors??
Wow this sounds GREAT!
Still to this day those boys NEVER get old. Just straight up timeless Bad Ass music.
Saw them in grand prairie tx that year. I'm a big Doors fan and a bigger Cult fan . That night was magical I got up on stage that night with others while they were jamming it was awesome no one got kicked off the stage. Look up the 21 century doors pictures in grand prairie and the photographer took pictures and I'm in on the the dude with Cult Sonic Temple tour shirt on . So frekn cool
CRUZ SANTANA I’ll try to upload a song from that show. If I find your picture I’ll include it in the montage .
The Doors, sensacional!!! Parabéns 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Good job ‼️‼️
Really dig the tone of that SG Robbie is playing
I Can't say the same for Manzarek organ tone...... Horrible!..... Awful until breakfast and then the rest of the day
@@rpq7889 yea i agree that organ sounded like an organ purchased from 'Toys r Us' or something
Great job Ian !!!!!
Fantastico
I have no idea why Ray or whoever chose to go with that organ sound in the later years (and the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame induction with Eddie Vedder). It sounds so cheesy. The original was so awesome.
I think he was sponsored by Alesis keyboard. I remember asking a roadie and they said he had the “old Vox and Gibson” patches but I certainly didn’t hear it.
I've always thought the same. That keyboard sounds like shit!!!!
@@ericcastaneda7392 Quick! Run out to Walmart and grab a keyboard for the gig!
agreed sounds like a kid's toy
Único homem na face da terra capaz de estar a frente do Te Doors e cantar com mãe tia e a mesma energia como Jim Morrison ..aliás ele empresa me lembrou Jim Morissette. Uma explosão de talento e uma sensualidade natural
Absolutely Fantastic! I saw these guys in Cleveland Ohio in 2003 @ the Scene Pavillion. The Doors are #1 ☝️❤️🎶

Jim please comeback
I could not agree more.
Shame original drummer's lawsuit ended the tour. Cheated young fans to experience a piece of the Doors with could have been 3 original members and Ian being a perfect lead singer.
No it didn't. They just had to change the name.
Great job Ian Astbury...as usual Ray, and Robbie bringing the pick~
Nice interview in the first few minutes: ua-cam.com/video/0GTC97AwycU/v-deo.html
They Should Got John Densmore after he Was Cure From A Medical Issue
John Densmore wanted nothing to do with D21C. It got a little ugly.
Densmore wanted to be part of it after his successful tinnitus treatment but Ray and Robbie said no. That's when John decided to sue to try and stop them from using the Doors name. Very sad all around. The shows with Ian would have been so much more impressive with original member Densmore behind the kit.
IAN!!!!!
Ian had the moves and persona, but lacked the smooth baritone of Jim. Maybe they planned it that way…
Josh Homme had his own late night talk show? Wow, that guy is versatile!
Oh hi Mark..
Lo mejor de lo mejor jim morrison rey lagarto

The tradeoff between robbie and ray was the highlight for me.......what could have been.......🤔
WHY???
No es lo mismo sin Jim Morrison
I always felt Ian Astbury was a shocking choice to be vocalist. Morrison was very smooth and gentle & Ian is more like an average Friday night biker bar band. Even Doors tribute bands now seem to be doing a tribute to Ian Astbury.
Genuinely made me laugh, thanks
I dunno, it just sounded flat. Like a watered down, Muzak version of the Doors. I didn't think it was bad, just not particularly that good.
I can see why Densmore sued. I'll leave it at that. Sorry Ian Astbury you're not Jim Morrison. Not even close.
Funny you said that. I just started The Doors Unhinged and wow I had no clue it was this bad. I think on one hand it's good to see some of them playing together, but being introduced as The Doors was what Densmore had a problem with. Wasn't about money. Ray is too animated and officious...when he tells a story he just is that one that animates a little too much. Ian just sucked, sucks. It's like he's got another song he hears that we aren't.
Scott weiland was the only one who can fill jims leather pants
That harpsichord sound is awful when compared to the original
So glad John Densmore and the Morrison Estate out an end to this Jimitation.
That isn't what happened. They continued to tour almost until Ray's death, but just changed their name to eliminate the word Doors.
Drummer is terrible.
I agree! Left out too much & he might as well used brushes if he's gonna play that soft.
Should got John Densmore after is hearing troubles
Densmore is the best
Ian Astbury looks ridiculous
Ian Astbury looks the part however his voice is too highly pitched simply AWFUL in a Doors scenario , just doesn't fit without the baritone , AWFUL
Always enjoyed your Doors covers, I'd like to see Ships w Sails or Tightrope Ride one day.
Comedy karaoke
Worst keyboard sound ever.
Why Ray? Why that horrible sound? Alesis isn't a bad keyboard...
