I watched a video about stem cells and ended up watching videos about food supplements like AAKG. I finally bought one and I definitely feel more energised and sleep better. I added a few things to my daily routine, like drinking lot of green tea and having dark chocolate and more cocoa than before. I indeed feel much better.

There's a scientist gone youtuber and salesman for Cerule's stem cell enhancement supplements by the name of Professor Bart Kay. You can youtube "Bart Kay" and "Cerule" and it'll take you to an entire suite of his retelling of the story I'm about to tell here if you want it from the horse's mouth: If you believe his story, he went to the best optometrist in New Zealand who told him that he was developing early age-related wet macular eye degeneration, that he was going to go blind in about 5 years time, and beyond getting an infusion of stem cells via injection directly to the eye that would possibly help slow the process? There wasn't really much to be done and that was pretty much that. He wasn't really satisfied with that prognosis and happened to stumble upon Cerule. He bought in and took them and evidently more than a decade later he not only is still not blind, but he claims his vision improved. He has another anecdote about his mother who was suffering debilitating illnesses in her older age, convinced her to mega dose on some amount of Cerule products, bare minimum mega dose on the StemCell Enhance Ultra, and evidently a few months later she was up and about doing markedly better.
That all said, Professor Kay does have some conflict of interest in all this. He says he was just a Cerule customer for about a decade(?) until a few years ago, I think it was--I'm a touch fuzzy on these details, when he decided to become an IBO for them. Cerule is an MLM scheme/styled company which... well... it is what it is. Unless you have aspirations to become part of the scheme, the retail price of Cerule's products are steep, but for what it's worth there is, at least to me, a sincerity in Professor Kay's retelling of the story that makes me at least believe he truly believes he'd have gone blind if not for Cerule's intervention, but I'll let you be the judge, but that's not quite where the story ends here...
So StemCell Enhance Ultra has 3 main ingredients in it:
      1. Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, AFA for short, and that is a fancy way of saying blue-green algae extract--specifically the blue-green algae from Klamath Lake, Oregon which seems to have some unique properties.
      2. Something called "Mesenkine" which is a "special" sort of extraction process for spirulina algae... I can't tell if that extraction process is actually meaningfully any more beneficial than simply taking spirulina with a high amount of phycocyanin...?
      3. Fucoidan which is an extract from brown seaweed.
It was evidently from the anecdotes of healing from people taking the AFA that Dr. Jensen from Cerule started this whole thing in the first place... which means there's a chance all one actually needs is the AFA, and you could potentially get AFA without Cerule.
I'm no biochemist, but if I had to take a stab at it? I'd say most of the AFA and the bit of the Fucoidan helps cajole the body into releasing more adult stem cells than it otherwise would and the phycocyanin in the spirulina reduces inflammation to help promote released stem cells to focus more on healing...?
Y'know it's just one of those thing... unless we're willing to do away with ethics standards and perform the grotesque human experimentation necessary to establish definitive cause and effect? A lot of it is stabs in the dark.
I dunno if any of this is gonna help ya, because even if Cerule is the way to go? Ultimately even if you do release extra stem cells into the blood stream... it's still up to your body to where they might go and if your body doesn't feel that eyes are a priority? Well...
      Godspeed.

@@LifeIsWonderful675 Ah, so you and I are probably in the same boat: Heard Professor Kay's story, curious about Cerule, don't like the MLM aspect of Cerule, and/or don't like the retail price tag attached, yeah? Probably also don't like the thought of having to take a semi-blind leap of faith to see if there's anything to it all either.
Well in that case maybe this might be of some help: Cerule was founded in 2000. The first paper of, apparent, note looking into the effects of aphanizomenon flos-aquae, or AFA, was in 1995 according to Dr. Gitte Jensen of Cerule. Dr. Gitte Jensen specific paper was in 2007 showing the mobilization of stem cell release in vivo by using AFA specifically from Klamath Lake, Oregon and is the AFA sourced in Stem Cell Enhance Ultra--but what's most important to note in all this is that people were already evidently talking about remarkable stories of healing from consuming AFA before Cerule existed, before the stories were vindicated by Jensen's paper.
Just real quick, AFA is a specific kind of blue-green algae, and the AFA at Klamath Lake specifically--apparently--has some unique properties. You can get this specific AFA online for much cheaper than what's in the Cerule bottle online.
However Cerule's Stem Cell Enhance Ultra has two other ingredients:
      1. Fucoidan.
      2. Mesenkine.
Well, fucoidan is just an extra from brown seaweed and it's the most tiny component of Enhance Ultra. Still, you can get supplements of that too relatively on the cheap by comparison.
Mesenkine on the other hand is a bit of a mystery, and I mean just a bit. I know it's spirulina extract in essence, but evidently what makes it so special is the way Cerule extracts the material from the algae. ... however... is that just a way to pad patent protection for their formula for Enhance Ultra and you'd get similar benefits just by consuming spirulina with a very high amount of phycocyanin? Or does the extraction process really make it something special? Hard to say. At the same time Cerule's got that other product Cyactiv which is just whole mess of spirulina extract, and it notes specifically how high the content of phycocyanin is in it. Phycocyanin has some potent anti-inflammatory properties, evidently. Anyway, it just wouldn't surprise me at all if the very same spirulina going into Cyactiv was the Mesenkine in Enhance Ultra, and that makes me lean on the idea that just supplementing as blue as you can get spirulina extract for the phycocyanin might be as good or "good enough"? Maybe just spirulina extract is good enough?
On that same token... people were evidently experiencing healing with just the AFA long before Cerule existed.
And if you shop online for the 3 ingredients... you could consume the ingredients of Enhance Ultra for cheaper.
It might be the case that the Cerule formulas are "optimal" but on that same token? As Professor Kay is oft to point out: It's not like we have a few thousand of identical twins to abduct, divide into two labs, secure the labs so they don't escape and they're under complete observation... etc. etc. etc.
Hope this was of some use.

@@Bluedragon094 Thank you for that info, I was thinking I remember taking Spirulina back in the early 80's? I think it was when it was big. There was another talk by Bart & some other Carnivore today saying how great all the products are, and another a few days ago too. Another woman who has seizures that I mentioned what Bart had recommended was a bit sceptical about the MLM of the product & a bit disappointed that Bart is pushing these vitamins so much when Dr Chaffee says you don't need any. I have seizures caused through D/Violence in 2004, it has taken me a long time to look into diet as none of the Drs have ever mentioned it. I stopped meds in 2012 & had a bad fall last June so have been researching Keto diet. I started low carb in Sept but was sold expensive vitamins & protein powder that did not help. I stopped all fruit & vegies in Dec so am getting closer to Carnivore if needed.

@@LifeIsWonderful675 Well there's a surefire way to coax your body to release more stem cells. I do it every month. It's free. Semi-grueling, but free.
You'd have to water fast for 72 hours--3 days.
If you fast for longer, you'll get more. However, your body starts chipping away at your muscle after 48 hours--2 days, but it's a small trade considering the benefits of the 3rd day, and keto/carnivore is bioavailable protein rich enough to make up the difference relatively quickly.
However, if you've never fasted before? I'd ease into fasting for 24 hours over the course of a few months. And then maybe transition to a day and a half over the next few months. Etc. Fasting is very cleansing, but also very hard on the body. Not only that, but the longer you've spent not eating, the more tactical you have to be in breaking that fast.
I'm still relatively young enough that breaking a 24 fast on garbage doesn't really phase me. After 3 days or more? I break the fast with a very plain chicken breast and then I don't eat anything else for 45 minutes to an hour afterward and even the meal afterward can be a little dicey going down. I'm fine the next day, but again I'm still relatively young.
I had a back injury in 2017. Didn't start keto until May of 2020. Didn't start fasting until September of 2020. I haven't taken any supplements to force the matter of stem cell release... but yeah, I do notice feeling overall much better after a couple days after a 3 day fast. Back injury originally healed up to a point, then stagnated. This fasting thing has been the only thing that seems to pick at it.
I'm also doing this other thing where I'm trying to restore my natural eyesight and have made pretty decent improvements. It's not special, just general myopia. Like a 6 or so days after a 3 day fast it does seem like I reach a new plateau. Some plateaus are higher. Some not as high. But progress nonetheless.
And that's why I'm interested in stem cells.
I want my back healed. I want my eyes healed. I want my life as it should've always been back.
Very very sorry to hear about the violent cause of your injury. That's awful. And I'm really sorry to hear about the expensive vitamins and protein powder. Everybody seems to want to make a buck off of other peoples' suffering. I truly hope you stumble upon a fix.
