I have a Sally 2022 that has a weak strike on reverse resulting with a ghost face. Looks like it may have been a collar error. It actually kind of cooler than most of these

My heart is extremely broken all because I had 4 rolls of $10 quarters. They were all in perfect mint condition from a bank that my friend worked at and he had got these quarters for me while he worked there. I kept them for years. Unfortunately, I am so "PO", that I can't even afford the other 'O' or the 'R', in the word 'POOR'
My son needed his medicine and I ended up having to use those 4 rolls of perfect mint conditioned quarters.
THEN, a few days later, I ended up finding out that each one of those quarters that were sold at auction, well, they were sold for $3,000 and worth $3,462 per quarter. Omg I am still heartbroken over the shit.
$3,462×40 = $138,480.

Omg I’m so so sorry! That’s absolutely terrible. I hope your son and you are better. I understood completely I had quarters I saved for years coins with errors on them and I’m heartbroken too! I have been struggling bad lately. U don’t want to hear the insanity of it. But I ended up having to cash it all in. I’m beyond devastated. I don’t know if I had even close to what yours were worth. Again I’m so sorry.

I'm in my 50s. 4o+ years ago my Grandfather gave me a peanut butter jar full of Half dollars and silver dollars. He told me he had been saving them for years. I kept them and added to then myself for several years, then my Dad was laid off for work and they turned into food for our family. I have no regrets but I have often wondered what those very old coins would have been worth now days. I started saving again but have never gotten the very old ones to add to my last collection.

I'm just wondering if you've seen anything like this ever? A Washington quarter that the die broke on the date and the only thing there is 19_8?? I've tried looking for similar examples but haven't found any. If you have any insight or can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Love your channel, your personality, insight, energy and down to earth relatable attitude. It's been fun watching you grow through the years, in experience and stature, seeing the man you've become. I had one of those 400$ ones with the line on the left side and I didn’t know it was an error till now and I don’t know if I kept it😅😭😭

As you mentioned as soon as you find newer quarters with errors,you should sell them to get a good price for it,but what if error is rare and we find that out few years later,so someone sell the coon for let’s say 100$ but few years later it’s worth thousands of $?

Coins are not worth anything but face value.
All you have to do is look at the going prices at auction.
I have 50+ rare coins online for sale.
Only scammers are "offering" to buy them.
Not 1 offer for a single coin and I have many more that are not worth wasting my time listing.

Unfortunately Bank aren't going to give you 200 dollar Worth of quarters maybe 10.00 Worth. At a time
@@rondolan6457 I get $500 in quarters any time I ask for them. They order them, it takes 3 - 5 day and viola. I can even order $1,000 (two boxes) some weeks, and yes I get them. Don't know why your bank won't order them for you.

Just out of curiosity what might a 2022 D wilma man killer with the last 2 being nearly nonexistent classify as imperfection wise?
Great videos I'm learning a lot. I have a 1968 quarter with what I believe has 2 mint errors on the front. First is. Double strike top of head and both sides of the face. The other is a misaligned front, the date is in the border. In well circulated condition. Any idea of a rough value of it? Who do I contact to have it verified that won't beso expensive?

I use a magnifying glass because I am new to the rare coin community. I have a difficult time trying to tell the difference between die gouging and scratches from everyday handling. Is it easier to distinguish the difference with a coin microscope? I have a regular microscope but it is way to powerful to use on coins.

I found a 2005 penny And it's bowed! The penny is still in perfect condition,A little off colored,Found it on the ground.

I just got one of the new quarters and it feels lighter and made cheaply. My guess is its because the US dollar has lost so much value that they cant afford to make the same quarters anymore. Its coin clipping but with a whole new coin....
If you research a little more about the seller who an item for some ridiculous amount , those sellers usually have only sold that one thing, never have any other items listed , and there username is usually just some some random letters....
Im boycotting the Mankiller quarter! The mint had the nerve to put someone named mankiller on a quarter

If you can't pick up a double die error until you magnify at 200 power magnification,is it a legit error coin?Someone said if you can't see it at 30X then it's not legit.
