    In this Ragi idli recipe you would learn how to make Ragi batter using Idli rava and ragi flour. This is quick and instant ragi idli recipe
    Ingredients:
    ---------------
    Urad Dal (Split) - 1/4 Cup
    Idli Rava - 1/2 Cup
    Ragi Flour- 1/4 Cup
    Salt - To taste
    Steps:
    --------
    1.Soak Idli Rava and Urad Dal for 5 Hours, separately
    2.Grind Urad dal until- Soft batter
    3. Add squeezed Idli Rava - to above batter
    4. Add Ragi flour - as is, and mix well
    5. Ferment this mixture overnight (about 8 hours in warm places)
    6. Steam them into idli
