Thank you so much! Unfortunately I’ve been seriously ill and in need of some simple comfort food, but with a protein boost. I’m so happy to say this recipe is both easy to make and completely delicious. I do like spicy foods, but I was careful not to add too much chili to the recipe this time. My whole family loved it! I used somen noodles, beefsteak tomatoes from my garden, enoki mushrooms, and splurged on beef filets. I will be making this again and again.

Honestly, if you try marrinating a tough cut of meat in Baking Soda first for about 15 minutes and then rinse off well and then proceed with your meat seasoning. You will find your tough cut of meat should be alot more tender 😉
Great recipe sweety. I always learn new Method of preparations. It makes all the difference in my cooking. This is wisdom right ✌️😊👍.

If im makeing say a pot roast. If would us about 1 tsp Basking soda. I live in the south. Mississippi, folks around here boil Pork Chitterlings.. very stanky. But add 1 Tbs for a big pot. You really cannot go wrong. But. BE SURE NOT TO ADD WHILE BOILING. IT WILL DEFINITELY BOIL OVER !! So be carefull. You dont want a huge mess to clean up. 😞. I e done it. 😂. But yeahh. Baking soda will elimate or nearly most foul ofors of cooking. And if you have a smoker in the house you will be amazed how clean the air will smell if you just simmer Baking soda in a pot of plain water on low. Pet odors too !!)). Hooe i helped. Enjoy your tough cuts of meats and clean smelling home yall 😊👍👍

I have a similar recipe its Canadian:
Pre-cook 400g ground beef with about 2g of sea salt and 7g of Montreal's steak spice mix and one diced white onion.
Once done i add a 900ml can of diced tomato and a bunch of pre-cooked noodles it doesn't matter what noodle as long as its wheat based, the way to cook the noodles is up to you. Finally i add 2L of water and serve. Do not use stock because you already have the perfect stock from the ground beef you cook previously in this same pot.

Okay, that lime juice at the end surprised me. I don't think I've ever seen lime juice used in Chinese cooking, and I've made a LOT of Chinese meals from all eight of the culinary sections of China. Learn something every day! Thanks for the delicious recipe - I will definitely make this as soon as I can get some tomatoes.

Well tried this dish tonight family and I love it. We will be making this again soon as it still getting cold around there parts. I had to use canned tomatoes one large can was enough but I need to work on how much noodles to use ( I used angle hair pasta) I'm looking for some good rice noodles to use but Asian food stores are far and in-between here. And local stores just don't have a good selection. I will be trying more of your dishes soon.
