To get the REAL Nashville heat you need to go there and get it from the woman who made it for her husband as a punishment for staying out all night....it backfired, he liked it!!! 😂 Princes hot chicken.

you could apply the oil+seasoning technique with Marion’s spices. It did seem like the spices didn’t stick well to her extra crispy chicken.

What a combo
I'm from the US and I have some serious thoughts about his Nashville hot chicken. It should be on garlic bread, NOT plain white bread and no pickles unless it's a sandwich. AND IT ABSOLUTELY SHOULD BE BUTTERMILK. However, he was very correct with the cooking oil and mixing it with the spices for the brush-on afterwards.

Went to Nashville Hot Restaurant in Indianapolis. Got myself one Nashville Hot chicken that came with one bread and 2 pickles. It was ok. Wouldn't go back there again. A couple of months later, a friend wanted to go to Nashville Hot restaurant, and this time, I was prepared. Went to Mexican restaurant and ordered a few tortillas , picadillo , carrots, and jalapeños , and some salsas. We had to eat it outside. But it was so much better the second time. One big chicken and 1 small bread don't cut it.
