- CHEESECAKE FLAN
Ingredients:
Caramelised Base:
½ cup white sugar (low heat)
Flan:
10 egg yolks
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can evaporate milk
1 can condense milk
Cream Cheese Mixture:
cream cheese 300 grams
½ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
4 egg whites
baking pan size: 9 by 2.5 inches
bake: 155 Celsius to 311farenheit
time: 1 hour 45 minutes in a water bath
Cool for 30 minutes then refrigerate 3 hours before serving - Навчання та стиль

Parang lecheflan din kasi sya satin.. ang naiba lang po kasi nilagyan ng cream cheese.. pero try mopo e steam wag lang malakas apoy... tapos paka luto palamigin po mo muna bago ilagay sa refrigerator ng 3 hours bago po e transfer para matunaw yun caramel. Sarap po nyan lalo po sa hao halo.. enjoy and good luck po

i think you can use manual whisk as well but as long as no lump and the mixture is smooth.. and when u whisk the cheese make sure it is in room temperature so u can whisk the cheese easily.. good luck and let me know. thanks for asking me.. xx

Not blender just use whisk or u can do double boiler but just only 2 minutes when u melt the cream cheese..

can i add coconut milk instead of evaporated milk? it's impossible to find evaporated milk in Brazil and i don't wanna waste time making a homemade one.
Andrei Santos maybe u can, but coconut milk creating oil once u cook it so might be diff consistency...

BIKOLANAS KITCHEN Maam, here in the Phils., a tall can of evap is 370 ml ( 397g)..I was just wondering if we have the same measurement as you are in Australia, right? Or is it ok, a little difference wont affect the outcome?
