What a beautiful, smart, gracious and eloquent lady. God answered me as always. I will continue seeking Elisabeth Elliots’ teachings. Happy to know that you are in the presence of our Lord Jesus🙏💜
My opinion is, that as the baby boomer generation of Christians ages, they will need these talks by Elisabeth Elliot more than ever! The baby boomer generation, unless they drew near to God in the 70s during the holiness emphasis, has swallowed the ‘health, wealth, and prosperity doctrine’ and don’t know how to handle suffering. We must remember that Jesus said, “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart, for I have overcome the world.”

I believe in 1 Timothy 2:12 is saying that women not teaching or preach to men in church. So, basically they are not to be spiritual leaders of men. But outside of the church, for example, this talk or conference, I don’t think that is against anything Biblical.

Elisabeth was so blessed to have a husband like Lars. She spent much of her life single, but I'm glad she had a good husband in her final years.
What a blessing this was!

She was invited to speak at a church, she was introduced by the lead pastor to testified.

Nhla Radebe she died June 2015. The service is uploaded on you tube. I think that is where I saw it.
Sadly, she spent final years of her life suffering from Alzheimer's.
