Description 5/19/19 Seaford, NY. After a long delay, and with a lot of help from Kent, Ohio physicist, Will Hubin, The Vector electric tether car is back on the AMRCA tether track. This is the first test of the newly developed electronic throttle control designed, and built by Will. Now we can get back to the task of making the car FAST !!
