Two bored Lion cubs in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park.

Watching lions during the day can be pretty boring, as they do little else but sleep. Their cubs don't sleep as much, and often have to find ways to keep themselves occupied.

That's me and my brother as kids (as do most of us) getting bored not into siesta while parents and adults sleep during the afternoon. One day we made a hole and broke out of the front veranda covered just by bamboo screenings to play in our neighbor's house.
