But now I change it for Idel jet 43-73 and clip on 2 from top, main jet 440, starter jet 37,5 and this small one 80. Now bike works perfect. Better throttle response, max speed 146 km/h and sounds even better.

My buddy just bought a 2018 husky 150. On a cold start the bike will not start up on the push button. It dose start with the kick start The bike came with a jet kit. Needle in kit was a #72 or #73 The bike bogs with a handful of throttle. Runs go
did you change the reeds and file the slide, open up the air box, some others have done these mods, what is your mix and oil type, is there any difference from us model or Europe with jetting.......thanks
19' 150xcw. bike runs perfect 50-100% throttle but idle-20% sucks. came with a 30 pilot and replaced w a 27.5 and adjusting the air screw from all the way in to all the way out barely makes an rpm difference at all. should I still go leaner to a 25 or less? seems like other people are going the opposite direction but mine is clearly super rich.(also did fatty & shorty + rk tek head.

At 1:34 you are threading the main jet into another brass piece that then threads into the carb body. What the hell is the part name/number of that piece???
On my 2017 tc125 the transition into the powerband isnt very smooth. It has a second of bog/hesitation before it hits the powerband. Bike runs great otherwise. How can I remedy this?
Hi guys just got a new tx300 and only getting 55km to a full 10L tank any ideas what could be wrong ? And how far should I be getting to a full tank of fuel ?

I have just bought my son a 2017 TC125 its very boggie in first gear, then boggie until roughly half rev in 2nd then it opens up spluttering slightly half rev in 2nd then opens up clear if that makes sense? First thing I was going to check was float level! because it was over flowing petrol at minimum degree lean and think it should be more at 45degree before it over flows? Which leads me to think its the float lev. What is the height of the float if you know? Its defo running too rich and this is my first time taking the carb out today. Need to check the pin position on the throttle slide as well as I think it maybe too low in position but I won't know until I take it out. I am asking you because you mentioned checking float level, So I hope I'm asking the right guy:) & to check the height of the float do I just measure to the mid section of the carb frame and I read I just bend it either up or down depending on which way I need to go with the float?

did all those jets and needles come with your bike? mine didnt come with any starter jets only 2 idle jets ,4 mains,one needle and the 2 springs.

42.75 needle 4th from top / 440 main 25 idle / 80 starter jet 2 turns what fuel mix is best to run at with those settings

I also put vforce reeds and a 6.0 slide in. Huge difference.
