►Why am I using clips?
Using clips allow me to show the effect without actually going to the shop and buying "correct" and "incorrect" outfits. In addition, it shows how important it is to buy clothes with caution and make sure it is the right choice for your figure. wtf you make no sense a real woman seriously you’re being so absurd and ignorant. not all petite women are curvy pear shaped women like the model in this video,i for one am unfortunately a petite 5’1” inverted triangle with wide shoulders,fat masculine/boyish waist and figure above my waist and small bosom but below my waist i’m flat and skinny a pole bc my body is the horrid upside down triangle shape that women tend to hate bc it’s a masculine shape.I have thin legs,flat rear,narrow hips far narrower than my shoulders and i don’t have a feminine shape at all which sucks. I wish i had a pear or hourglass shape and it enrages me makes me livid when people like you say a pear shape is a real woman when there are women like me who wish to look like a “real” woman but unfortunately were cursed with flat rear,stick thin legs,slim hips without any feminine flare and shoulders much wider than my hips. Watch how you speak about others it’s not like women like me chose to have this body,you were fortunate to have been blessed with curvy feminine either hourglass or pear shape so don’t bash others who didn’t luck out
😉 Every figure & frame has some kind of drawback. Life can be a case of the grass is always greener🌾 on the other side of the fence. Thankfully, styling tips can go a long way to improve upon what nature has given us.
😖There are downsides⬇️ of having an ⏳ hourglass shape. That tiny waist to hip & breast ratio can make buying clothes that fit properly quite a 😔challenge. Hard to find off-the-rack clothes that fit curves, & few of us can afford tailoring🤑.
Having to size up⬆️ to be able to 🔘 button a blouse or zip up a bottom (skirt or pant) often leaves us with all this extra fabric around our ➡️middle⬅️ that must be corralled. 😱The last thing we need is to add any visual bulk. Sadly, even at our thinnest, we already appear fleshier than other body types.
🆘 If we wear something more body-conturing that nicely drapes over our curves, we can easily appear "va-va-voom." That's fine for the confident showgirls like 🤩JLo's of the world🌎, but the rest of us don't wish to draw undue attention to our form.
🙏 Plus, we don't wanna do anything to make us feel fatter (or wider) than we already feel.
❌ No matter any extra height, this extreme shape has more in common with a petite person's struggles. 😠Our long torso can easily make our legs seem short & 🪵stumpy in comparison. If we wear the wrong cut, color, style or length, that unfortunate impression is only intensified🤣.
🤗This is primarily why I find it far more appealing to see lovely ordinary women of all shapes & sizes model in these styling tutorial videos. 😬 It's depressing to be bombarded with perfect images of 📸extra tall, stick thin goddesses💥 who look stunning in almost everything.
💐The beauty in our becoming skilled in these visual "rules" is that it can improve us all. Once you fully understand these principles, you know what solutions to apply in order to counteract them too.

Elongate the body length, Emphasis on high waist, Monotone(simple and similar colour) match top and bottom (and even shoes) will extend the height. Thank you for your great video!
yay a video for us short ladies! Cool to see how you've been switching up the models lately. It definitely shows your range as a stylist. Also, I loved that her outfits could be worn in a wide array of settings
I like the fact that she chooses different people in her videos. Different body shapes, personalities, styles. Also the song is catchy.
I for one appreciate the no talking, sometimes that gets tiresome. Your videos are succinct and are very clear and informative. I do have to put it on mute because the repetitiveness of the sax kinda drvies me crazy, lol!

This was awesome! I had to look up how many feet/inches 1 meter 60 was only to find out it's 5'3", hey that's me! Love your videos and the fact that you show us, not just tell us. I always learn something from your work!
On a separate note...please make a video in the future on how to style spring/summer legs with skirts and dresses for shorter legs. I'm good with leggings, booties and opaque tights fall & winter but at a complete loss for bare leg season. I've tried self tanners but all I manage to do is make my legs look as if I have Vitalago (no disrespect meant to anyone who actually has it).
The last transformation blew my mind! It looked 10 times better than before 😮

I'm surprised you found a petite lady in Lithuania (they are known to be tall). I'm 170 and I felt smallish compared to local girls. Back in Finland and Russia I'm considered as above average

Can you give ideas for colour blocking with lighter/brighter colours? I am petite but look a bit depressed when I wear dark colours on my top half!
As far as I understood the idea of Giedre, avoid stark dark/light contrast between top and bottom. In fact, you can, for example, wear lavender top and blue jeans, but they will be very close in lightness and saturation.
