That’s how me and my brothers learned, we don’t got pretty styles or perfect punches but we hit quick, we move our feet, and we NEVER drop our hands from our face. Our biggest strength is not being know it’s alls, we’re always receptive to new ideas or critiques
In fact, yes, I have two advices. Serious. For some weird reason, most fighters don't expect you to rotate around them while boxing at very close quarters instead of trying to advance. It's suprisingly easy to take advantage of that, specially when you fight adversaries with long reach. The second also involves movement, but vertical. There's not many people expecting you to duck to avoid a straight punch on purpose and come back up with an upper cut, and even less people expecting you to get up after throwing a crossed punch at the lower side of their abdomen
@@vitorbueno4301Lomachenko's indeed a very good example of a boxer with amazing spatial awareness. Minimize the energy you'd spend trying to push your adversary and use their own movements against themselves. Really effective

Feinting and more specifically, changing up angles would step up your boxing game a lot. I learned from Loma and Bam Rodriguez since they have crazy footwork hope that helps boss 💪
@@wczxdrtxsu4220 If you don't incorporate movement into your technique training, like bagwork, it's much harder to throw it out during padwork or sparring because you get used to a certain rhythm or movement. Like say you are practicing your low kick on a heavy bag, putting your head off to the left side and practicing feints (like jab feint the cross into a leg or body kick to take advantage of your opponents guard) into the kick instead of just hammering the bag over and over can help your development into actually incorporating the technique into a more practical application and helps you figure out the best way to move while still maintaining power and speed. It's just something to think about once you have the basic technique down, if you already have your basic punching technique down you will get more benefit from adding additional elements to practice. Progressive overload is a thing.
I’m not a boxer but my advice for you is don’t quit at all, don’t stop training and try to take your physicality to another level. I know as a wrestler if you take your physicality to another level, you will be much more formidable.
Think he means like overall like power, stamina, explosive movement, flexibility, agility. They are all physical attributes not just big muscles, no point in having muscles of you can’t use them
Yeah, strength conditioning is something that's not at all as common in martial arts as it should be. It's one of the things I think the Greco-Roman/Freestyle/Folk Wrestler's really excel at because of the style of training, you end up extremely strong for your size, and can usually just bully people purely through that and fundamental grappling skills. It's something BJJ doesn't really incorporate as much as necessary, and so specialist's throughout MMA history have had trouble with Wrestler's (and other stand-up grappler's) as a result. Strength is a huge part of all combat sports. If you can deadlift at squat at least 2*BW you are going to have serious explosive drive from your legs among other benefits.
@@AveSicarius what about judo? I think judokas are equally strong as wrestlers, also bjj dont put enought physicality because it doesn't create for that, bjj was originally made in india to learn to fight againts bigger and stronger opponents, it focuses more in technique than physicality

My advice would be to not overdo it with the elastic bands, they alter how your body move and will eventually worsen your technique and make you a lot slower. It is much easier to just contract your chest muscles to extend your arm, but it's vital to be able to retract fast as well (which these bands do instead of your upper back muscles), as a) it increases the impulse in your punch (hope that's the correct physical term in English) and b) you have to get your cover back quickly to not get countered. Using elastic bands too often will systematically undertrain your upper back. A sign that you should stop using badn is when missing punches in sparring starts costing you much more energy than usual, avoid this by doing a lot of pad work.
Last second was asking for advice. So here’s my advice for those last seconds: Kick and guard: I know you’re doing a kick to the face but, either keep the hands up cause there’s so many ways to get countered, or use more spin momentum and hip strength to kick stronger and faster. You wanna kick as fast as your legs go when you run. Each step equals one kick. Once you can kick that fast, you don’t need your hands up. Also highly suggest following up any kick with either hopping back or some sort of jab like a flying/superman/diving punch, or a punch straight to the solaplex. Not the ribs or heart, the solarplex. Uppercut: It looks like you’re using pure muscle strength for the uppercut. Try rotating your hips backwards when you pull your fist back, then release your hip forwards when throwing your uppercut. That way, moment is easier to access, it also helps get into the habit of constantly moving your head and not having it in the same place; also I suggest getting used to a sense of urgency to bring your hands back to guarding position right after your uppercut is done, aesthetics aren’t mandatory. Punch post uppercut: If you’re gonna use the same hand as the uppercut to strike again in a consecutive manner, you focus too much on average strength from recoil, don’t forget that you can easily throw your shoulder out more, then re-square them for more impact and/via slight opposite-force counter. This can be proven relevant by Newton’s third law of motion. Other than that. It seems you’re prioritizing speed over timing of impact. No matter the power, if the attack is expected then speed does nothing as expected power is like 0 power. None expected power is like tons of power. On the same note, you are very susceptible to getting hit by combos if standing in the same spot for more than 2 or 3 attacks. If your opponent gets knocked back from your 2, 3, or combo of attacks, then you know you can force them into a corner, and they’re currently desperate for space from you, don’t give it to them. Finally: Kicks are forbidden in boxing unless you meant kick boxing.
The funny thing about everything you do in your life is that when you start and make a small progress you think you're good but when you improve and became better than when you started you think you're ok and you start improving more and more and you can't think about how good you are but how much you still has to do.

So here’s my advice for those last seconds:
Kick and guard: I know you’re doing a kick to the face but, either keep the hands up cause there’s so many ways to get countered, or use more spin momentum and hip strength to kick stronger and faster.
