I love how u take your time to apply all the products on ur hair👍 i love your products but i use mostly olive oil on my hair with coconut oil too❤
Taking time to apply the products is key😊 thank you so much. I use olive oil and coconut oil as my prepoo oil. I find they work best like that but not so good at sealing in my moisture. Again, always stick to what works for you.

Not at all dear. Gel or cream is extra moisture but try doing it without it and see if you need it or not. It’s all about what works for your hair.

Is sun seed the same as sun flower oil
Well I didnot know this at the time of filming this video but Sunflower oil and sunflower seed oil are often used interchangeably, but there is a subtle difference between the two. Sunflower oil is generally extracted from the whole sunflower seeds, including the hull. It has a higher smoke point and is suitable for high-heat cooking methods. On the other hand, sunflower seed oil is typically extracted from the seeds without the hull, resulting in a lighter flavor and color. Both oils are commonly used in cooking and are considered to be heart-healthy due to their high levels of unsaturated fats❤️
