    I’m not an expert chef but really like to cook and love eating duck. I was looking for a recipe for roast duck and was a little intimidated, but the fork on skin in your video was what sold me. I looked at a lot of recipes and many with unappealing photos and talking about a 3 -4 hour roasting time. Your recipe stood out as making sense👍 Thanks😋

    When I saw onions and the juices still sizzling in the baking pan I was like, “How?” then two seconds later I was like, “oh duh you turned on the stove, haha!” That’s clever! Less dishes to wash. This dish looks incredible! 👍🏼❤️

    Do you poke the skin with a fork before letting it dry out? I've seen several recipes with that step - to make sure the fat renders. I didn't see you do it here, but maybe I missed it.

    • @KristinatMiniSliceoffarm
      @KristinatMiniSliceoffarm  3 роки тому +4

      Hi Jon! No, I don't. It renders without poking it with a fork and gives you much juicier meat this way 😋
