      @mef9327 So for those of you who obviously missed the memo I clearly stated I would not have as much time to focus on videos while I was writing the book. It has literally taken up most of my time. Not to mention i still have a family to spend time with. Sorry I only have 24 hours in my day not 34. But in the mean while each Sunday I do a recap of videos that I previously covered. I literally just covered several other videos and they are posted on the channel. It's sad that people still jump to conclusions rather than actually hear what was said in previous videos. Or if you didn't see the video you could always just ask before making silly accusations.

      It's interesting when the cops detain you even though you haven't committed a crime but then hassle you until they can come up with a reason to charge you. Like charging you with disorderly conduct because you tried to defend your rights - it wouldn't have happened if they didn't unlawfully detain you in the first place. I can't remember the last time I had to deal with a LEO but I plan to get a bodycam anyway - I'd rather spend my money on something else though. Then there will be people freaking out because you're wearing a bodycam. A lot of "snowflakes" around.

    A few months ago I was walking around neighborhood while taking a conference call on my cell phone using my headsets. A Karen called the cops on me for being "suspiciously walking on that neighborhood's sidewak".
    A cop came by, stopped his car next to me, didn't even step out of the car and told me that someone called on me for being suspicious. I told him I was on conference call on my cell with my headphones. Cop said "have a nice day" and we each went on our ways. The interaction lasted less than 1 minute. No asking for ID, no harassment from the cop, no escalation, no asking for my name, no sking where I'm going, no threats, nothing. Why can't all cops be like this one? Is not that hard to do.

    • @joseywales3789
      @joseywales3789 Рік тому +1

      @@jessew5658, there's no such crime as "suspicious behaviour!" It needs to be a Reasonable Articulate Suspicion that a crime has/is/will imminently be committed!! The RIGHT OF FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION (speech) also includes the Right Not To Speak.... basic Miranda Rights include "You have the Right to Remain Silent!" ..... it's great advice, take it!!! So remaining absolutely silent is not, in itself a criminal act, it's a protected right and no negative inference can be taken by the Cops and the Courts by your Silence!!! It's Never a Consensual Conversation with Cops, you're not just having a good chat.... they are trying to find out information about you 😕 that's exactly why you hear people say "I don't answer questions!" It's not Consensual! So why not stay absolutely silent, it means that the Cops NEED to investigate and try to find a crime that you have allegedly committed.... without you self incriminating, because you have remained absolutely 😶 silent!!! Obey the Cops Lawful orders (Get out of the car, Terry frisk) but never hand over your id 🪪... unless you have been placed under arrest for a crime (4th Amendment) *"VIDEO EVERYTHING AND SAY NOTHING"* it would make the Cops job almost impossible if everyone did this
