Sad, honestly. If they don't know the law, how can they even do their job? Was I imagining the Officer calling this driver a SOB? If he did how unprofessional. Thank you for sharing!
Most of the cops don't know the Law of your Land that is absurd !!!!what is the academy doing training to shoot a unarmed person physical exercise making your muscle bulge to do intimidation to a citizen, police academy should be the learning institution that provides knowledge of the Lae .
Fck!! Your hiring goons to become a cop without the knowledge of your Country Law.
And also how many years do they served in the Police academy before their deployment in the police force?
"Gratitude for featuring my video and breaking down the facts, shedding light on my encounters with the police in Savannah, GA. While considering a venture into local politics, I've also decided to embrace a new journey in entertainment and UA-cam. Exciting times ahead! 🎬🌟 #NewBeginnings #EntertainerUA-camr"
It’s crazy that the dispatcher said “Unfortunately he was not convicted “ like she’s mad he’s not been arrested. These people are ridiculously horrible human beings.
Created in God's image!!
Check the apps. They hire psychopaths and sociopaths that then get on steroids and have rages.
Can you imagine the fabrications officers gave before body cams and cellphones
My dad was a criminal defense lawyer in Texas in the pre-BWC era. It was common knowledge among defense attorneys that the local cops were notorious liars, but they always had to tell clients that it was impossible to challenge their word no matter how much circumstantial evidence proved them wrong. This is why it's so wrong when people claim that the cameras don't actually do anything. They've saved a ton of people from wrongful convictions and have helped to change public perceptions about what cops actually do on the job.
@@marlock6573 this is also why they are making it criminal to record police encounters. Easier to push their narrative through the media and their own reports than having to compete with 3rd party footage they can’t manipulate.
Can you imagine the frivolous lawsuits before body cams.
@@UnkleRuckusNoRelation, exactly! Thank goodness for a non-bias recorder that keeps everyone honest.
If you get out the car, the cop will order you back in "for officer safety". If you stay in the car, the cop will order you out "for officer safety". It has nothing to do with safety, it's ego, the cop displaying his authority over you.
Dude was going to get violated no matter what he did, the cop had his excuses loaded and ready to go; "he looks like a known felon, I smell weed.. I'm going to search the car".
The cop didnt even turn on his lights until the guy was already pulling into the store. Alot of people would have been getting out of their cars just because its natural!
More like driving while black. SMH

"Well based on how he's acting today I wouldn't be surprised if he became in the future"

I love how the suspect was laughing in the background when the cop was told that there was no felony convictions😂
This Cop is a piece of $hit right along with dispatch. Clearly He Is Being Targeted by the “Thin Blue Line Gang”.
That looked more like a robbery instead of a traffic stop
Same thing just different names.

Council member or not, there’s no reason why he was treated like this for a minor traffic violation.
If anything, it's always bad form to ask "do you know who I am?" in these situations. There is not title in the world that would make it better, besides, maybe, fellow cop. I get why people do it, it's to regain some of their humanity in a powerless struggle, but it never works. It's always counter productive.
The minute you here a cop use the lines " here's the deal " or " this can go one of two ways " be warned , you are dealing with a evil trant looking to escalate just to create the opportunity to use excessive force and violence ! RACI$T CITY 101
Council member or not, it doesnt help to exit your vehicle during a traffic stop unless told to by the officer, then resist being put into cuffs.
@@jonyemmthat's a double edge sword.... It cuts on both sides, which side is the right side? The problem with entitlement is the FACT that it WILL cut you at some point?🤔
@@jonyemm ::: The law doesn't prohibit you from exiting the vehicle.
Mr. Malik should definitely pursue his councilman career so he can hold those cops accountable from a position of power!
Of course the gestapo lied, it's standard operating procedure. They know they will never be held accountable for their actions.
So happy in Colorado they no longer have that luxury l!!!
Thankfully, there are legitimate judges out there who throw out qualified immunity but not often enough
Yes when they start to "disappear"
I was a teenager in 1985, when my state passed the seat belt law. What made me pay attention to it was how much they stressed that it would always be a secondary offense, and never a primary reason that we would be pulled over. I made a mental note to keep track of that because of how desperate they were to convince us it was true. Now they're kiIIing people over a seatbelt.
I remember that.
@@ned6938let's just call it what it is, this had nothing to do with a seatbelt.
The cops target certain groups of people for their own personal gratification.
@@madmaximilian5783 it's not for personal gratification. it's because they perceive them as automatic convections. I think it's more related to career advancement than ego
They’ll take you in cuffs for not wearing a seatbelt, all while cops are able to speed twice the limit to catch up with a “speeder”, will drive without a seatbelt (like the cop who towed that one dudes Mustang for no reason), and throw drinks at people for no apparent reason. Ridiculous.
Doing such to kids too. No wonder it's dangerous to be a cop. 😢
Cops will tail whip a 180 in the middle of an intersection, blow through a red light cutting off multiple drivers so they can drive at a high speed, weaving in and out of traffic, to pull you over on the side of a busy road so they can tell you how unsafe it is to not wear your seatbelt!!!
And if they slam into the side of a soccer mom van at 120 mph. It will be ruled the van driver is at fault for interfering with a police operation. Then if the driver or any of the children survive the horrific fiery crash, they all will wind up in the county jail awaiting trial, after being in the hospital on life support. And if the officer in the cruiser got a minor scratch on his pinky finger, all of them also would be charged with felony injury to a law enforcement officer, in the commission of his/her duties.
The problem is the FACT that they THOROUGHLY investigated themselves and found they were even more heroic than previously thought!
@@mourningwarblers5863 Landscaping is more dangerous.
I saw felonies. But not by the driver. I saw disorderly conduct too, by the police.
I saw this the sgt needs to be fired he is a oath breaker
End qualified immunity now…
That's the least bad thing cops can be these days
Ya it is coming! Already here in CO
They all are
11:00 “he was unfortunately not convicted” their distain for the public is sickening
right. they get sooo sad when can't violate you.
Wow! Running up on him and immediately placing him in handcuffs, they were operating more ike a street gang and then they had the audacity to conduct an illegal search, the policing in America has gotten so insane and that's because there's rarely ever any accountability.
You're right, they are nothing but a state gang paid for with our taxes.
That's correct, and until the current system is 100% dismantled there will never be accountability. Solutions??? cops must lose all privilege. All of it, they have to be just as vulnerable to the law as the citizens they force it upon. Maybe stop calling them enforcers, call them public security guards, mall cops for the sidewalks. That is all they are public security guards. Action Steps......Yeah sure, too much bread and too many circuses still.
Also, because Qualified Immunity protects cops during encounters like this. That’s why qualified immunity must be abolished.
When he got his driving license, he was taught what to do at a traffic stop. If a person starts to do weird stuff instead of what he's been taught, it is enough reason to detain him.
This is a poorly trained tyrant abusing his authority.
I dont think it was his training but the officers compete with each other just like in middle school. Some of them still have the emotional maturity of a 13yo
Well trained to do exactly what they do
"I'm pretty sure he's a convicted felon." Trashier than any of the cursing the driver was saying. This DESPICABLE mentality of this officer proves he should not be allowed to work in law enforcement. I am so ashamed of policing in OUR country. WE are not doing a good enough job of putting people into offices that will ensure our public services actually provide public service not public torture, theft, kidnapping, executions, etc.
What a corrupt dirty cop!10 tyrants over a seatbelt! How can they think that is reasonable?
I shared this one yesterday, he’s a good dude. I’m going to help him work on his channel.

End Qualified Immunity immediately. Start holding officers accountable
Hold the departments PENSION FUND accountable
Cops always smell weed when they dont get their way.Everybody was smoking!🤠
They act this way and then can’t understand why people hate them.
The absolute worst thing about this whole stop was we actually saw and heard how police think he was beside himself with joy when he found the gun I’m quite sure at that moment he would’ve bet his life that dude was a convicted felon and the gun was illegal he instantly became a judge on the spot and was so angry and let down that the man was not and was well within his rights and then says clearly to dispatch and his body cam “ well the way he is acting I’m sure he will be arrested in the future “ smfh head that is absolutely fuckin insane because it tells me they pretty much go around trying to make crimes out of nothing smfh
A LYING cop. NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT
He started scrambling for something to charge him with after the fact “ did you guys get a heavy sent “ Smfh shit is crazy. The start lying so fuckin fast to the point I truly believe they train them to lie
There should be an immediate suspension, 3 months minimum without pay for all police officers who lie on their body cameras.
No, at least 3 years in prison, general population
Why were two other cops there that quickly though?! That’s shady as fuck.
Always. Even one little lady and 5, 6 cops show up.

Too many cops with nothing to do.
Wow! The dispatcher said unfortunately the man thatvwas detained was not a convicted felon. This is sad and looks like the officers were looking for any reason they could to try and arrest this man
Threatening citizens with arrest when there’s no basis for said arrest, is absolutely unconstitutional and I have no idea why there aren’t laws against this.
Searching his car as well? Wow these cops have no idea how the law works. They think that they can treat us however they want.
Judges and attorney generals allow it and think it should be the norm.
They can and it's only going to get much worse... Look around the world right now everything Jesus and the bible said would happen is happening...
Watching and praying in Kentucky COME LORD JESUS COME QUICKLY
I cant imagine how he had felony arrests that were dismissed! They itching to put him in jail! This pisses me off!
The cop seemed sexually aroused when he found the gun and the dispatcher said unfortunately he wasn't convicted of them that just shows where their mindsets are.
That's what I commented, it was like he lost his hard on when he found out he had no convictions. There are some sick police out there
He's a lot calmer than I would have been.
"Do you got odor? cuz I kinda got odor"
How do you kinda sorta smell something? Pretty clear what they're doing
The dispatcher said "unfortunately, he has not been convicted," - unfortunately? The disappointment in their voices is absolutely mind blowing....
This is another example of the huge problem caused by the go along to get along crowd. They have bowed to the self-appointed authority of these people to the point they just expect it. They dont know or care about the law because they have never had to. People really need to wake up.
They don't even try to do whats right anymore they just dgaf its reckless and unjust behavior
Illegal search and seizure, and arrest.
Savannah PD is a trainwreck. I feel sorry for every single person that has to interact with Savannah PD, on or off duty. Especially their spouses.
As a juvenile me and a handful of my friends were hanging out in our neighborhood on the street. Not selling anything or doing anything illegal. A cop car drives up and jumps out with guns drawn, out of fear a couple of us ran.
The two officers gave chase to me. As I crossed over one intersection another cop car comes speeding down the street and runs me over with the cop car.
I go flying about 10-15 feet. The two officers who were chasing me, already having their guns drawn, jumped on my back one jumped on my neck with his knee and began to pistol whip me about 3 to 4 times in the head.
I was only 16 years old. I still have the paperwork from this case. We never sued or anything. My parents didn’t have any money for a lawyer or didn’t even know how to go about filing a lawsuit. These actions made me not like police.
He needs to file a lawsuit on the department.
I like how the officer was asking for his name saying no we don’t know who you are then find a gun and says I’m pretty sure he’s a convicted felon…….. How would you know that if you don’t know who he is?
Well he’s a large black man, obviously a felon in cop world.

You have no idea how many former cops and deputies I talked to and they say they left the job because of the corrupt system that is in the department. From Colorado to California Arizona and Utah I spoke to people who used to work in corrections and law enforcement you told me it's very corrupt and they couldn't stand to see what was going on. They said instead of contributing to the corruption that they would rather just walk away and quit.
It’s why I never believe anyone who says they were a cop for 30+ years but they were the good cop. No good cop lasts more than 2 years.
It's not a good thing. Good cops need to stay to change things. Leaves us with nothing but bad apples...
It's so sad
This is where I'm from, that's my whole life in a nutshell, I've been arrested in my yard for open container, outside a gym for loitering, they do whatever they want and jus don't show up to court or trump ur charges, cheatem county
The dispatcher said, "UNFORTUNATELY, he was never convicted." Also, a cop can not pull someone over for a seatbelt violation. Why isn't it a LAW VIOLATION for a cop to lie?
In Ohio, you might not get stopped over a seatbelt, but it's that pesky license plate light out that gets you stopped and that no turn signal within 5 million miles of a turn. Then since you are stopped, they will just toss the seatbelt ticket, just for fun. Most people here are taping a dollar store battery-operated flashlight onto the rear bumper to illuminate the self-illuminating tags and turning that bad boy on right before driving. Just an added precautionary method. 🙂
That actually varies state by state. 34 states have 'primary seat belt laws' which means they can be pulled over JUST for not wearing their seatbelt.
