I have hormonal imbalance. I did a lot of ayurveda. But still some thing is missing . Me and kid are always constipated. Trying to fix that. Now am feeling the micro nutrition what your are saying is very true. Thank you so much .

This winter I kept cold and cough at bay by following these simple home remedies and my overall health is also improved 1. pinch of dry ginger powder with tea 2. aliv ( garden cress seeds) every alternate days in a week 3. chyavanprash(daily) 4. drinking warm water otherwise every winter I used to have cold 2-3 times and month long suffering from cough.
The local fruits here in singapore are chempedak, buah pulasan, jambu, yu kam, buah long etc. None of the locals know what the english names are. They are sold in wet markets, and used to be candied and sold in the past.

Have as much variety of fruits as possible. See if there are some hyper local fruits or VEGETABLES. Not sure if Dates can be regarded as a hyper local food. Come back to India at least once a year and replenish all your micro-nutrient deficiencies!
Please make a video on wheat flour. People around me are not eating wheat because they want to reduce weight and all the dietitians suggest to stop eating wheat and white rice.

Joining classes will gv you more benifit I believe as there are group of people with you excercing and there is something called as group energy which is always high then out individual energy.. Eg if u can do 10 Surya namaskar being alone u will be able to push upto 15 when u have a group and u all doing togather..

I eat all my meals with cross legged always, whether sitting on chair, sofa or on floor.
Since childhood I am sitting in sukhasana during meals.
