Visiting Vault 3 dressed like a Khan

Visiting Vault 3 dressed as a great Kahn will allow the courier to access some dialog that wouldn't otherwise be possible, even allowing the courier to sell their own chems to Motor Runner. Note that all fiends outside of the vault are hostile no matter what.

If you don't have a khan outfit, or don't have a package from Jack and Diane, you can pass a 64 speech check to get the Vault 3 fiend guard to let you in.

I couldn't equip my khan outfit for the vault because I accidently let the fiends outside shoot it to shit on my way there. New Vegas is bad don't @ me.

should've just worn your normal armor and then equip the khan armor right before you open the vault door
