"Keep calm and fall more" - great t-shirt! I love how someone who _knows_ climbing psychology still has such negative self-talk as "I'm never going to be able to climb the slab with these shoes..." Thank you! It's the t-shirt of my coaching service 😊 About that comment, yes it was more about my expectations of performance with those shoes. I expected them to have an extremely poor performance on slab (which they had) but that didn't stop me for trying my best 😊 I made a video on how to manage expectations and I definitely will do one about self talk.
