Shouldn't the herb be dehydrated before infusing into oil? The moisture of fresh herbs can spoil in oil right?

On Wikipedia it says bergamot oil is made out of citrus rinds

Does adding lecithin help extract oil?
Can you use this as a replacement for bergamot essential oil (for tea)
I just saved and dried the petals, what would be the difference without using rest of flower?

lol, thats not how you MAKE oil...its cutting leaves and filling them with other oil... how you would make the oil you added??? bigger bottle? :D :D :D
