I invite you to join me for a gentle practice where we will slow down to calm our anxiety and feel more present. We'll begin with some deep breathing, followed by a brief guided meditation and gentle movement.
All cues are only suggestions; listen to what feels good in your body. I encourage you to complete this practice in a space where you feel safe and comfortable.

I'm excited to share this new practice with you all. It's gentle, suitable for all levels, and features deep breathing, meditation, and mindful movement. There were some issues with the audio during filming, so I apologize for areas where it's choppy, and the wind noise gets a bit loud! I've made some changes to my recording setup to avoid this in future videos :)
