Fixed ND vs Variable ND - Vaxis IRND Filters for the Tilta Mirage Matte Box

Variable ND's have become very popular however they do have some drawbacks. In this video I test some Vaxis 95mm IRND Fixed ND Filters against Tilta's Variable ND in the Tilta Mirage Matte Box.
Variable ND definitely has it's uses and I wouldn't want to be without a variable ND option. It's worth understanding the limitations of variable ND's though and where using fixed ND's like the IRND's from Vaxis may be a better choice.
