Well it all depends first how are you getting the new frame, see we needed frame and rear diff and this is a 2wd truck, dealership wanted 10k for just frame and 4k for a rear diff so we got a flooded truck with good frame and diff, so that's more labor but it was the best route , the truck was 15k and he has more parts for his older 08 tundra he will be using, so that said we had to take out of 2 trucks and change from one to the other, so big factor will be how you get the new frame but ill depending on the labor cost will be from 5-10k
