With the pressures of society, elevated expectations, and criticism all around, it can be difficult to genuinely love all of yourself. Perhaps you are judging a certain quality or wishing you could get rid of some part of you. When you find this happening, it is the time to create a safe, loving, and compassionate space to recognize, see and accept yourself fully. Meet all parts of you here today with love and acceptance because healing and change can only come from a place of compassion and not judgment. All parts are welcome.

I cried tears of self love and joy. I accepted all parts of myself and remembered that even all my denied and "ugly" parts are here for me to help me, they want the best for me so I thought, why am i treating my body badly when all they do for me is love me and keeping me alive. My body deserves love and respect in return as they work 24/7 to keep me healthy and happy. I want to make their work easier not harder.
I deserve to feel happy, I deserve to let go of guilt, shame and everything that's heavy. I deserve to forgive myself and free myself from my past mistakes and same to all of you.
Let's take off these shackles and love ourselves, all our parts deserve love and compassion. ❤
