It's garbage. It's slow and half the time target can easily get away with simple chaff and notch. Even the 7E-DF feels way superior.
And I'm not sure if it is just me or the radar on F15 couldn't maintain lock even if the target isn't doing any maneuverer.
Not gonna lie, the F-15 was done a bit dirty here... Well, this is the A variant and not the Gigachad C variant. Maybe that's why.
Yeah, the F-15A suffers became of the incredibly unreliable Aim 7ms (seriously, I had more luck using 7Fe2's on the F-4)
AAMRAMs and HMD will make the C into a beast.
@@ThatSpecificIndividualhonestly I don’t think AMRAAMs would even affect the already annoying bvr in WT bc the R27ER still has more range and speed
@Swinq_next they would help with multitasking, with the aim 7s you really can't do much because you need to maintain lock. With aim 120s you can send them, forget about it and do more fighting while the missile is flying towards a target.
Edit: plus aim 7s can't bvr for shit.

Every time I see any Aim7m launched 3 to 5 seconds and still get beat by a R77 I loose my mind. Sorry for the second post 😁

and it is funny because of all the f-15s the US one has the aim9m at the very last tier of the modifications, while the gripen is the third mod, the f15 iaf has the amazing pythons before the aim9m and the japanese one has the aim9m's before the aam3.
"Missile know where is it going" meanwhile the missile goes straightline and then lost without hitting enemy plane or went to friendly allied plane
the f15 grind was so bad i started playing Ground RB 😮💨

The F-15 can be decent if used correctly. The missiles are GARBAGE at first tho. BTW, Santa having a boxing match with his sleigh?!?

hey quick question, how do you go into the free cam mode on your garage at he begginning of the vid plz ?
Dont ever bring triple fuel tanks on the f-15, you can get by with a full tank just fine, at the most run the dual drop tanks with half fuel then drop the tanks when dogfight starts.

the radar missile probably hit you because of iog, ive done its alot of times, when i see a plane dive last second and im about to miss lock due him hugging the deck i lose lock intentionally and let iog guide itself to the target if its close enough

If I understand this correctly, you're probably talking about the ballistics computer. It is only available at higher levels.

Yes this helped massively...the grind for aircraft is real...i struggle because with 200 hrs and only started wil Germany. At rank 3 or 4 aircraft but nowhere near BR6.0
