Have several trees completed. What will happen - you will lose all RPs gained in battles because there's nothing left to research and you can't convert your RP into some other tree (well, now you can research helis with tanks, but there's reduction factor what makes this meaningless).
Damn. I read a few months ago that they intended to make other countries easier to grind after you complete a country. But what you are telling me is the complete opposite :(. At least we can convert RP to heli's so it wont take a fuckin year to get to next tier.

Why do they cap pilot lvl at 100? why not 1000? with this much grind we could go up to 10000
Pilot/Aircraft Crew level can only go up to 75 if that's what you're referring to. Otherwise player's level are absolutely meaningless and pointless in warthunder.

why do you only have one or two planes in your thing, i usually full it up,does it make the game a bit more diffcult if i do that?
It's like that because he gains more xp for his crews which allows every plane in those to slots to be extremely good instead of multiple slots being bad or just meh overall
