Pilot/Aircraft Crew level can only go up to 75 if that's what you're referring to. Otherwise player's level are absolutely meaningless and pointless in warthunder.

It's like that because he gains more xp for his crews which allows every plane in those to slots to be extremely good instead of multiple slots being bad or just meh overall
