When buying a Wrangler one has to ask themselves, "am i really gonna take this thing off road"? If the answer is no, but you just want a jeep, buy a sport. If the answer is maybe sometimes, then the Willy's package will likely do the trick. The shocks, tires, rock rails, and limited slip rear dif are what you are paying for to get the word Willy's on the hood. If you are truly an off roader, get the Ruby. The 7k you spend on those 3 buttons inside will get you out of most situations off road unless you start doing some serious rock crawling.

with the r Willys package you also get the blacked out front end.
the grill is not chrome , or the color of the vehicle , it is blacked out and on my willies I have , the package also has LED lighting and extra auxiliary on the inside.
This is my second willies. The first one was a 2016 same deal.

This is all you need for off-roading as long as you don't need a truck bed or carry a lot of passengers. It'll probably drive circles around most full size 4x4 trucks off-road. Hate that exposed gas cap!

I think you forgot to mention the Willys package also gives you the upgraded Rubicon brakes.

2 door is the best for off-road. Greetings
This wrangler is well equipped as in “loaded” and VERY off road capable. It will go just about anywhere you will ever choose to go. And it’s not that slow. You’ve got 285 hp under the hood with shorter gearing in a vehicle that’s not excessively heavy. About the only thing the Rubicon model brings you are the front locker, disconnect-able front sway bar and bigger tires.
Now my perfect vehicle for me to drive one.
23,s are the Last year for the Antenna on the right front fender ,24,s switched to the windshield now .

yes, and the windshield is gonna cost much more, because it has an antenna in it. And the dash is mostly screen.

@@703Speed Well, I think maybe the 911 should go mid engine. They have to handicap the cayman to keep it from being better than the 911.
How would a 300 mile freeway trip be in 1? If I go south to Oregon its usually a 5 hr. Trip,with a few rest breaks. Peace hro.
I think you'd be totally fine.. Not as comfortable as a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but it will get you there no problem
The ride in a wrangler 2 door is a bit choppy. It won’t be as smooth as a pickup, car, or something like a RAV. And it will probably be a more noisy ride. But functionally, no problem. Interior storage space is pretty tight and rear seat passenger comfort is cramped. Unless your other ride is a Miata.

Is it me or have I been seeing more and more 2 doors on the road lately
Supposedly, they're not making as many as the four doors.
I got my Willys with a soft top and a six-speed manual and without power windows, locks, and mirrors, saved a ton of money. I did a quick walk around on my channel if you want to check it out

As much as new Jeeps cost now, who can afford to buy one as a "second" vehicle?
I can wrap my head around under 29k for one. But over 30k? Nope. I’d actually prefer no power windows, it’s the locks that would bug me a little.
$50k for this is insane

It's too basic to be priced that high. JEEP also has a low customer reliability rating. They are relying in pure name recognition. I can get a much better car for that money from a more polished company. Having said that, I loved the old JEEPS.

@@vertigo2894 makes sense. 4runners and Lexus GX with kdss and locking differential also. Jeep trying to go upscale and chase the Audi BMW crowd but lost their core market in the process.
