For water I hear Dr Mike saying that you should watch your intake from urine, it's not supposed to be neither colored ( it's mean that you are dehydrated ) nor clear (which mean that you're over hydrated and it can effects negatively your kidney). Normally, it's supposed to be clear with a little bit of yellow in it.

Current weight 110kg wow I'm dancing too for my weight loss journey, I started in July 2023, my weight was 120kg and then in August my weight was 115kg I'm shock I lost 5kg and then in Sep (because I'm in school I exercise Saturday and Sunday only) my weight was 110kg, I only lost 5kg 😔 and then in Oct I don't what my weight was, because my weighting scale is broken and I just keep going and trust the result. Hey if you want to lose weight the only thing you need is a calorie deficit, so calories eaten need to be less than calories burned. You can try using a TDEE calculator online to figure out an estimate of how many calories you need to maintain your weight and then subtract 300-500 to create a deficit. Never go below 1200 tho as this can damage your metabolism! Intermittent fasting is a good way to implement a calorie deficit as you are limiting the time you eat, but you don't have to fast if you don't like it. Hope this helps a little :)

Well I am not the one you asked from and my comment is a little late too so sorry about that but I can answer your questions from my experience So I only danced for a month for like two to three hours and I lost like 2 kg in one month but everybody’s bodies are different so u can see results fast or late, I hope my comment helped you :)
