Bonjour beautiful women, I’m so glad you love this video and embrace ageing with grace. With your have other tips to charge please leave a comment xxxx
J’adore the French natural look. That’s why you all look so beautiful and different. That’s one of the problems here. Most women are encouraged to look younger as if aging was a sin. And the worst is that they all look the same after going to the surgery room. Filled cheeks, swallowed lips, lifted eyebrows and contouring, lots and lots of contouring and layers of super thick makeup. Hair extensions, big and artificial nails, fake eyelashes. Implants as well. No, no, that’s simply too much of everything all at the same to an extent that we don’t know how really the person looks like. The ideal is looking perfect, flawless like a Barbie doll and that’s unnatural, boring and degrading. Why should we ashamed of who we are, how we look? Why hiding our true essence? Confidence, self esteem, loving and embracing how we look. That’s the clue! We all must work with what nature gave us and highlight our most flattering features. Why should we all look the same? Vive la différence!
I’m going to be 48 this year and have never felt better ‘Dans ma peau’ , positive attitude, good food and wine :) go along way. I’m from Switzerland and I find it true that European women tend to ‘care’ more for themselves without go overboard - its the simple things in life that make a difference, thanks again for a great video !
Love your honesty, Freddie. I always chuckle when certain women deny strenuously that they have had any "work" done. They are usually the ones who have done the most! Agree that Hollywood likes a very "tight" look, which really fools no one. No need to mention any names...
I completely agree , I’m from Belgium, ( half italian ), turning 52 in a few days and I never felt as good as I do now, I’ve never done anything to my face and people never give me my age. I’m a vegan (whole plant based ,not processed ) for 6 years now and even before that, I always tried to eat clean. I don’t smoke, I don’t do the « crêpe » under the sun (like we say in French), I just drink occasionally good quality wines , I got rid of my car a while ago so I walk or bike everywhere .I’m a flight attendant on long haul flights for 27 years ,which is not the best job for your health because of the lack of sleep and the jetlag but I enjoy it so much that it keeps me always in a good mood . As a single mom I never had money to spend on expensive products or procedures... but I strongly believe that the secret of a beautiful skin comes mainly from the food you eat and my routine is very simple: I wear a sun protection cream during the day . I never forget to clean my face at night (even if I didn’t wear makeup) and I use oils : Argan, coconut , jojoba and rose seed hip oil, depending on what I have at home . But most of all the secret to my youthful look must be the great relationship I have with my daughter, my family...and all the people I love .... and this can be achieved no matter where you live or how much money you have . Positive attitude is the key... just do YOU ! and it will do wonders even if we’re not French ;)) !!!
So admire the French way to aging. Caring for their face, body & attitude thru out life. My mum is 91 & I just am 61. Keeping your weight close to when in your 20’s as you age helps greatly. Had two kids and am only 10lbs heavier than pre-bambinos. As aging my nutrition is focused to healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, coconut too), protein and low glycemic fruits & vegetables. Cut out sugar. Sun my body, not my face and always SPF! keto diet or carnivore after 40 is wonderful. And most of all~discover, enjoy & appreciate yourself so you can fully love, enjoy & appreciate others. 😘
Yes healthy lifestyle is the most important to preserve that youthfulness. I start every morning with raw fresh juice , i used raw vegan skincare for 12 years. It was amazing. But with aging, i had to change somethings, so i invested in BR, Valmont and Chantecaille skincare. Its great. I agree with little tweaks, when its needed. But nothing so crazy what are doing here women, in America, and i am in Florida, way too much plastique look 😳. Yes yes to haircut i was wearing beachy waves since probably 20’s 😝 forever, but last year, i decided to change, got french fringe BB look, and what a change , i should done it years ago , and no need to worry about those lines on forehead 😝😂 Blessings 🙏💕
Great video today~ Love your energy and how you keep things "real"! We are all trying to be our best selves and it certainly is a learning experience and process! Thank you for being here!

You are so cute and radiant! And you do bring smile and positivity through your videos! 👏🏻 Bravo! I am turning 40 soon and I can’t really believe it! But I’d like to think I look way younger! I never had Botox or fillers, mainly because I’m terrified of needles! But I use vitamin c, retin a and moisturizer in my skincare routine.
I really recommend a full detox facial - I had one last year and it included a vampire facial, which I wasn't sure about, but then 2 days later my skin suddenly glowed and was much clearer.
Organic argan oil? Wonderful suggestion! Organic rosehip seed oil has been great for my skin and helped me get rid of age spots. I would like to try argan oil. Thank you Frédérick for sharing these beauty tips! 💗
Yes Frederique, please let us know about those amazing prescription eyeglasses with the black frames that you are wearing in this video they are amazing!

I´m a Swede living in Italy but having spent over 15 years in France (and living in a half French family) my preferences for beauty and fashion are still mostly French (and a bit Swedish!). I love the natural more natural look, that is yet curated and not too natural (laisser aller) as it can be in Sweden! I´d love to see a video about a spa at home!!! Yesterday I did my homespa with dry brushing, epsom salt bath, oil massage and then netflix and nice tea with sheet mask and foot peeling socks!lol
Thank you chérie for this amazing video! Those are some great tips! Yes I can confirm, that eating Collagen is a good thing for anti-ageing and bones (my mom is a pharmacist and we do once a year a 3-month Collagen trial). I recommend it to you. Have a beautiful day, evening, cuddles to Oscar! Love you! XX
I really think the trick to good skin is a good diet and a bit of sun. good quality fruit and veg, in season. a lot of water (good tasting water!) . olive oil. lemons. honey. etc. I'm in the french countryside now and the local produce is amazing.
I do tell myself only positive things. When I slip, I eat something healthy and delicious because I am definitely hungry not angry. “Take it! Take it!” I enjoyed your video and seeing you! See you next time! ❤️ Suzy
Yes, show us a home spa day! Also, have you covered jewelry? Your jewelry is always so tasteful. And what about eyebrows? What age did you start botox? Thank you!
Not secrets anymore lol! I've been doing all of the above for as long as I can remember. Good white teeth also make a huge difference to one's appearance. 69 feel fantastic receive compliments on my appearance and don't look or feel my age. Never had Botox or fillers yet!
@@sogorgeous2257 not always the case. I had crooked teeth as a child and due to my parent who I lived with at the time, braces were the furthest thing on the priority list. Any healthcare was. Now I’m in my 30’s and it’ll cost at least 7k to get it sorted which I just don’t have and I don’t want to do a monthly payment plan for it, cause I’ve been very lucky during covid not to lose my job but you never know what is around the corner. So I’m saving up very slowly but surely for it
@@Tismeabbie Not referring to the crookedness of your teeth but the overall hygiene of your mouth and teeth which is absolutely necessary to good health. No one has to have “chiclet” looking teeth. In fact, I don’t like chiclet teeth bc it looks so so phony. A beautiful smile goes a very long way.
Hi Frédérique! What is the supplement called for boosting suntan. I’ve been trying FOR YEARS and nothing is working to get a beautiful tan like my Italian husband and baby. I look like a ghost. 😂😂👻 a video on bronzing healthy su care is so much appreciated. I worked in a bakery with my parents every summer until I was married so I don’t know much about it. Merci e grazie! 😘😘
Hi Frederique, a spa video would be a wonderful idea. Your video is accurate on the part of food and exercise. They make a huge difference in the quality of your skin. Collagen supplements work. I have been taking organic bovine collagen in powder during 6 months, and what I have noticed is the following: more hair, better skin, harder nails, better skin, and I also take it for my bones because I am 50. Give a try and be consistent. As with any supplement. Remember to rest every 3 months to give a break to your liver and kidneys. I mean stop taking your supplements every 3 months for a month.
Hello Beautiful Frederique, I am sure lots of French Women dont do botox and fillers. For French Standards You are a millionaire to live in those houses and to have a botox. You are extremely fortunate to be able to support yourself from your home computer. This is my dream job but I can't do it. Yes your tips are very refreshing coming from you in the way you put it. ❤👏 Positive thoughts helps so much...especially since I struggle with Fibromyalgia. Ageing well is the goal for me because I believe that eventually too much interference with the natural process looks weirdly unnatural...
Lovely video, thank you! I started taking two scoops of unflavored collagen protein in my morning coffee or tea and I see a difference in my skin texture - it just feels more elastic and bouncy, if that makes sense. Younger co-workers have also asked me what I am using so it’s definitely doing something. I want to avoid the knife because it so rarely looks natural. I just want to look good for my age not look like I’m trying to be 30 again.
I agree with everything you mentioned, especially the haircut 😂😂😂 But it s scary to change. To find the good hairdresser and to make him understand exactly what you want. I had my haircut today and its a disaster😨 💇😨 But never mind, its only hair, it will grow back😉
Hi Claire, try perfectil supplements, they always make my hair grow like wildfire and many supermarkets do their own version which are a bit cheaper too.
Fabulous advice, for me it’s Eating well,Exercise and being Australian protecting myself from the sun and like you say Being Kind To Ourselves,we are all getting older and it’s OK,😘💗
I live kind'a live close to Hollywood but I never want to feel Hollywood. That's one of the reasons I like you and your videos. You're coming from a different place living both in France and now Australia you are the best fashion and health info person out there to watch on youtube .and you look the part. I love your down to earth personality, the way you laugh and have fun and in the way you explain style, etc. I've always heard French women don't have plastic surgery and age gracefully, That means to me they have a lot of confidence.
Hydrofacials for me chez l’esthéticienne. It involves a peel but not too intense. I’m 67 going on 48! I also have my skin care regimen day/night. A good Vitamin C serum for day (as long as you are not going to be in the sun). Of course, a sunscreen. I am a big fan of tinted moisturizers w/spf. Retina A 1% for night every other night alternating with a really good skin nectar (moisturizer) by Alastin. My skin is beautiful!
Absolutely love all your videos! However, I do believe that any tan at all is skin damage. I think we should protect our facial skin at all times with a large hat and sunglasses and never ever SIT in the sun to get a tan!! I think just walking around with factor 50 on is sufficient. On the beach cover up and sit under a sunshade. Only come out to swim :) !!
Thank you so much dear Frederique for all your hard work!! Very sincerely wonderful always!! Hugs from your sister Ann in the USA who loves France and Australia too!!
Mary here! Great video. I have combination skin-how would Argan oil behave in this situation? Don't want to clog my pores. Would love a video on personal spa day at home. You look great--moving has definitely agreed with you.

Sorry I used to live in yveline west of Paris - many plastic surveys there as in Paris as in South of France. Yes they do get stuff done but they don’t exaggerate.
Good well researched skin care and good diet and exercise and sunshine and fresh air and being creative and having a sense of humor....necessary all. I do not believe in external collagen or botox or surgery. Merci, Ms. Freddie! xo
Thank you for sharing these secrets 👍💋and it's always fun to follow your videos and enjoy your positivity. Merci de tout ça 😘 I would enjoy your day spa inspirations, too.
I've had lovely comments about my complexion. I'm fifty-five and have few lines, no pockmarks. It's partly due to being a life-long Galactosemic - unable to digest milkstuffs - and also due to using Argan Oil as a night-time treatment. So I'm glad you mentioned Argan Oil, because it really does work!

Hi lovely! Adore your channel! Just a bit of info- when using retinol, please do not use a vitamin C product on the face as well. The 2 have interactions that may causing burning when used together. Xoxox
You look really beautiful in this video (I - think - you have lost some weight? - your face is so structural and beautiful, and I also have a weak spot for polka dots!). Thank you for one of your beauty "secrets": be positive, be gentle with yourself. Probably the best and first advice so that all the rest can happen. ❤️
Bonjour Frédérique ! J'aime toujours ton énergie et... très belle toujours 😀 Healthy lifesyle is the only key to slow down aging... eating healthy + workout, ma mère a décédé à l'âge de 78 and she looked like woman in their 50's, she has been maintaining healthy lifestyle, et moi, je fais du yoga tous les jours, et bien sur manger des alliments qui sont bien pour la santé 😁 and use less chemical beauty product and I also use oatmeal for my face, minimal skin care is really good, it makes our skin healthier, just do basics and a bit of extra
So true you need to work on your happiness everyday you’re not born that way :) I would love to hear about French women and menopause post menopause what they do to deal with this transition.

Would like a video on what exactly you do for a home spa day
No secret now! Thanks!! :)
Hehehe
Also would you share how many cups of vegetables you eat in a day. Natural health professionals recommend at least 5 cups a day
I don't count just eat them hahaha
I live kind'a live close to Hollywood but I never want to feel Hollywood. That's one of the reasons I like you and your videos. You're coming from a different place living both in France and now Australia you are the best fashion and health info person out there to watch on youtube .and you look the part. I love your down to earth personality, the way you laugh and have fun and in the way you explain style, etc. I've always heard French women don't have plastic surgery and age gracefully, That means to me they have a lot of confidence.
Thank you, you are so kind, i'm glad you enjoy my videos xxx
Hydrofacials for me chez l’esthéticienne. It involves a peel but not too intense. I’m 67 going on 48! I also have my skin care regimen day/night. A good Vitamin C serum for day (as long as you are not going to be in the sun). Of course, a sunscreen. I am a big fan of tinted moisturizers w/spf. Retina A 1% for night every other night alternating with a really good skin nectar (moisturizer) by Alastin. My skin is beautiful!
thank you so much for sharing sweetie x
Beautiful lady and great video!
Correct I ate really unhealthy for a week OMG I have a huge pimple on my chin I'm so upset as my skin was looking amazing...Oh Well💯🇦🇺
Oh no!
Good point! xxx
Thank you so much dear Frederique for all your hard work!! Very sincerely wonderful always!! Hugs from your sister Ann in the USA who loves France and Australia too!!
Many thanks!! sis xxxx
Your energy is so fantastic, watching your videos makes me smile! Keep it up
Hey dear how tall are you??
160cm
Mary here! Great video. I have combination skin-how would Argan oil behave in this situation? Don't want to clog my pores. Would love a video on personal spa day at home. You look great--moving has definitely agreed with you.
You won’t if it’s organic x
What I love about your advice is you don't talk only about external beauty, but also about a healthy attitude and inner strength. Greetings from Madrid

Merci, Ms. Freddie! xo

I made a video about it please check my lifestyle playlist thx
Thank you for sharing these secrets 👍💋and it's always fun to follow your videos and enjoy your positivity. Merci de tout ça 😘 I would enjoy your day spa inspirations, too.
Hahaha thank you for watching 🤩
I've had lovely comments about my complexion. I'm fifty-five and have few lines, no pockmarks. It's partly due to being a life-long Galactosemic - unable to digest milkstuffs - and also due to using Argan Oil as a night-time treatment. So I'm glad you mentioned Argan Oil, because it really does work!
Great video! Please make one about what you eat. Thank you!
there already some videos about what i eat please check my homepage thanks x
Hello sweet friend ❤🥰You look si pretty and always fresh and glowing.😘⚘💐🌸🌷🌼I totally agree with you about the topic. Aging is a natural process but we can age gracefully and embracing the changes.I defineteley need a thermal cure😅😅😅⚘🌷🌼🌸💐❤Kisses from Morocco🙋♀️🌼
"So" not "si"

Hi lovely! Adore your channel! Just a bit of info- when using retinol, please do not use a vitamin C product on the face as well. The 2 have interactions that may causing burning when used together. Xoxox
Thanku from Toronto!! You are so positive 👍👍👍🌺
You too xx
What are the supplements for the sun? Also can you do a video on supplements in general?
please google it, and on the video check the images I only know the French brand thx
I lost 8 kilos hahaha thank you so much 😊
@@ms.frederique yes! 👍👍🎈🎈🎉🎉 I have 5lbs to go... you are my new inspiration 🙂
@@acminkus check my weight journey video it will help x
Love your practical way of thinking! Great perspective to embrace!
Sometimes they do
I have collagen and MCT oil in my coffee every morning .... My skin is so happy 🥰 !
Bonjour Frédérique ! J'aime toujours ton énergie et... très belle toujours 😀 Healthy lifesyle is the only key to slow down aging... eating healthy + workout, ma mère a décédé à l'âge de 78 and she looked like woman in their 50's, she has been maintaining healthy lifestyle, et moi, je fais du yoga tous les jours, et bien sur manger des alliments qui sont bien pour la santé 😁 and use less chemical beauty product and I also use oatmeal for my face, minimal skin care is really good, it makes our skin healthier, just do basics and a bit of extra
im 55 and I think I still look good I use organic cleanser and moisturizers from Hungary and thats it, exercise no alcohol and thats it
Great advice! I loved it😘
🥰
What brand eyeglasses are you wearing?
oscar wylee
So true you need to work on your happiness everyday you’re not born that way :) I would love to hear about French women and menopause post menopause what they do to deal with this transition.
A video on a home spa day would be marvelous! I love all your content!
Coming soon!
I love this.
