Believe, believe in recovery, it will come, it takes years, and recovery can be done decades after the event. My recommendation is to put a dumbbell on the arm and leg in order to get a stretch. Make circular movements of the hands, legs, head. Gentle circular movements in all positions standing, sitting, lying down. Transfer weight to the injured leg, climb stairs with the injured leg. Sleep on a hard surface. Good luck with God's help.
Mental images with practical use like teeth for washing, cars and I was the easiest idea to imagine. They helped me a lot in retraining movements with a healthy hand on the affected. And now I'm happy to have used them to correct the consequences of negative neuroplasticity. Thanks to Elyse, this was like the course of acting, very well explained. Have a beautiful week
I’m 8 months post stroke and had bad spasticity, it was very annoying, but after around 6 months it started to go a lot from my leg. Now I don’t have it at all in my leg.I still have a bit in the arm only
With god all things are possible our god never fails thank u jesus for helping me get threw this nd giving me the strenght to walk abit n drive again my effected hand is slowly feeling better after 3yrs

nice, i will try this even though I'm 6 years post stroke.
I have done all exercises with you but my figers and arm seems powerless do some exercise which give my strength. Thankyou
